I love these videos 🥰🥰 I am reminded of something said to me that "you can't have it all but you can prioritize what is important to you" as soon as the NO/YES list came up because I find myself saying yes or maybe to things that I really would rather spend time on something else with... for me personally I notice that a nice bath and putting a show on is the best self care!!
Thank god I don't have any problem to say no, but it wasn't easy to get there. I build Lego and do needlework to recharge. I find it amazing, how you can create things out of yarn or a heap of blocks, and I rejoice over special techniques.
Those are great activities, relaxing as well as recharging - the perfect kind. I’ve recently noticed how relaxing and enjoyable it is to build Lego models too
A brilliant collection of tools for your inner life! I will from now on add a few of them for my monthly check-in pages in my Bullet Journal , just as natural as I have the trad monthly or weekly spread. Thank you for the inspiration you give to handle my 'self care' better and visible ....
Oooh! So many great ideas! I can’t wait to try some of these. They remind of How to ADHD’s DOPA Menu, a list that helps boost dopamine. They have a video on it that explains it so well. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas! Your layouts are so beautiful!
Excellent ideas. Thanks for sharing
Your video always gives me inspirations. Thank you!
I’m so pleased to hear that, thank you
Yes...exactly what I needed this morning.
Yay glad I could help! You’ve probably seen a lot of these already in my journals ☺️
I loved this as it’s very true that we always think what others will say instead of what we want.
Love this concept!
Thank you so much!
Oh lucky me! Thanks for sharing Raksha can't wait to try some these❤️
Aw hope you enjoy doing them! ❤️
This was so helpful, thanks for the tips!
So glad to hear it was helpful, thank you 😊

I completely agree. It’s so true, the best thing we can do for ourselves is prioritise what’s important rather than trying to have it all
Thank you for this video ❤️
My pleasure ☺️
