I’d make this for my friend, but he can’t stand shellfish of any kind. I’m thinking mahi-mahi and salmon to replace the fishes.

There's no such thing as a "fattening" food. Setpoint is overwhelmingly GENETIC and goes up in response to food restriction, not minute differences in shellfish. WHY ARE YOU PROMOTING DANGEROUS BIGOTRY?
