I learned it by ear so I don't know if there is anything out there to learn it besides learning by ear. Especially since its from a soundtrack for a mod, and not an official release, it's pretty unlikely there's anything, unless you try to ask the original composer, Mudeth. You could try to contact him through bandcamp. idk For piano in general, there are loads of tutorials on youtube, and there are lots of videos showing you exactly what notes to play for songs. synthesia videos are great for learning piano songs. there are loads of them and they show you kind of like how you would play guitar hero. Other than that, I'm entirely self taught, so I either learn by ear or use a midi file.
In the time that I have played piano and used sequencing apps, if you feel around until you find the note you want, then continue feeling around until you can memorize a melody. In sequencing, like with Fl studio/garageband, you can layer these melodies on top of each other to make a song, without having to actually play the melody. I play by ear too, but pressing all the keys till you find the correct one is a handy trick I use
