I had one run with spindow dice 5 brimstones, still died becuase i greeded a 6th brimstone and i Toke almond milk, which is honestly bad with brimstone if you lack synergie items Also, skill issue
Imagine if matt just one day got a polyphemus in a double item room due to more options and the item next to it was something like kidney bean. And he just screams like usual and takes kidney bean and doesn't give any explanation
