Box and whisker plot - testing for outliers

This tutorial shows how to visualize data with a box-and-whisker plot, and test whether the data contain outliers. It uses the method of "inclusion" - which is now most commonly used by statistical software (but not Excel) to determine quartiles. Outliers are detected with the "Interquartile Range" method.
