Okay , her story isn't ringing true , Tummy tucks cost about £8000 in the UK but she claimed she paid £15,000 in Turkey and that was half price ?? Plus I've known people get tummy tucks and excess skin removal on the NHS

In Australia if you get a botched job (unless life threatening) you have to pay for the fixes yourself.
Its why its highly recommended not to get cosmetic surgery done overseas.
In Australia a lot of people go to Thailand for cosmetic surgery.

In the USA, we discourage people from going outside of the US to get plastic surgery, due to the high rate of death and problems associated with foreign doctors who don’t give a damn about an outsider. I’m all for anyone wanting to look their best, but do your due diligence. You have one body in this life, it can’t be replaced

    • @Lampey22

This is not the case at all. American authorities dislike going abroad for surgery because that way they won’t be able to rob you, literally. If you’d ask me if i’d prefer an American or a Turkish surgeon, i am 100% picking the Turkish surgeon. They know what they are doing, and they don’t see their patients as a sack of dollars (not implying that all of the American surgeons do). I personally think this whole country-blaming thing is just about money. Turkey is getting popular for it’s healthcare (not only cosmetic procedures, but a lot of foreigners go to Turkey for cancer treatment too), and some bigger and capitalistic countries are not very fond of it

If it's elective cosmetic surgery - and it doesn't work - nobody should fix it except for the person who got it done, out of their own personal pocket. Or if the surgeon botched the surgery, they should fix it personally.
This is like a person complaining about a tattoo or piercing. Do the taxpayers have to fix that?

Does anyone else get the impression the physician on this program is a dirt bag???
Also, did i hear that physician say his hospital was far superior to even that of the U.K. or England??? ABSOLUTELY NO WAY... FULL STOP!
I viewed some Turkish surgeries that physician's posted. Obviously they felt they did such a great job that it was worthy of being posted... WRONG!!! Here in the U.S. that one video would be enough to revoke their medical degrees. For the patients the same video would EASILY ARM & ASSURE winning a malpractice lawsuit!
I worked as a surgical tech for years and NEVER, EVER have I seen such NEGLIGENCE & LACK OF CARING!!! A veterinarian could not get away with such horrible surgery let alone a medical surgeon!
Regardless of weather you know or you have read about some who may claim they had a good surgical outcome I would not risk it! I would say the chances of you having a poor to God Awful surgical outcome by far out weigh a good surgical outcome!!!
