That's not true! I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 40 years. Medications for Depression or Anxiety don't numb you - as you can see on his face - they help the pain not crush you or overwhelm you totally.

That's not true! I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 40 years. Medications for Depression or Anxiety don't numb you - as you can see on his face - they help the pain not crush you or overwhelm you totally.
Everybody's body is different and psyche unique. Some people find medication to be effective and helpful, others choose alternative methods/modalities, to each their own. Don't pass judgement on how other people's bodies work, and don't tolerate being shamed either. Surround yourself with healthy minded, respectful people.
