I've been thinking about buying from usedwholesalebooks.com primarily because they are just a 20 min drive for me. I think that clean earth books gets their inventory from these guys. Mainly because CEB is close to UWSB (like 20 min), both the same options of book groups, and CEB has higher price per pallet which I think is because of an easy pallet flip that they can profit from. Side note, CEB uses the same pricing template/inventory form UWSB. Literally cut and paste except a bit more expensive than UWSB.
I am north of Atlanta. UWSB is a 30 min drive from me and CEB is also a 30 min drive from me ( literally). For freight, you could rent a commercial box truck for about $50 with mileage included + gas so freight is not that big a deal, except for traffic which sucks in ATL. A 20ft box truck could easily store about 10 pallets. I have seen 2 swell guys before which is also not a bad idea. A plane ticket out there costs about $50 bucks and a commercial truck rental would set you back about $50 with mileage included + gas. Otherwise it be around $650 for freight from Westchase, FL to Atlanta GA. Also, I checked how far CEB is from UWSB and its only 6 min away.... Not solid proof that CEB gets their inventory from UWSB but seeing how close they are and have the same genre of inventory it would be a good guess thats where they get their inventory from or at least partially from.
I live in Cleveland and saw that website, but I don't trust them either, They are a bookstore with over priced books, so I'm sure they pick through them :)
Hey! I know this video is a year old you said the cuts in the side mean the pallet has been gone through. I just went through my first pallet and expect to make around $300 profit I did notice it had cuts in the side though.
Nice! Just bc it was went through doesn’t necessarily mean it’s gonna be bad. As of late, I’ve been seeing a lot of pallet liquidators custom making pallets with only electronics in them and those have the sides cut (cutting the sides is the only way for shorter people to get inside the box)
@@WBKnoblock Okay great I have a feeling it was unsorted (Which is what the company told me) One of the books is $120 profit so im pretty sure it is unsorted. Was just concerned cuz what you said about the cuts lol
keiharris332 I’m unsure as to why you chose to say this. All evidence points to you being a dummy but I am holding judgement until more evidence emerges.
Walter Blake Knoblock ......... I'm saying this is a gem of knowledge. You know. Great information but not enough people have found it. I actually was thankful for this. Please don't be offended, it was praise
Walter Blake Knoblock hmm I have a sense that either you are angry at things or are protecting your ego. I really liked the video and praised it but you decided to attack me. I'll still lurk and absorb data, but I will never post or like another video till you say something about this. Thanks
keiharris332 I specifically said I was withholding judgement until more evidence came out. More evidence came out. My judgement is now that it was just kind of a weird thing to say and doesn’t really impact me at all so I was going to ignore it. But it seems like you want more front me so I just posted this to clear things up.
Hi,thanks for the video..I'm in Nigeria and would like to know my best option for mixed children's books.. if there's a way to reach you directly..I would appreciate that too.. thank you
Yafeh Hershey a lot of reasons but they usually end up with them not wanting to do the extra work or not being able to do it efficiently compared to current revenue models
theres this guy who want to sell his 3000 books for 500bucks. i havent look at it yet. but i feel like its not worth it if its just fiction and outdated textbook. i can take them for 100. :)

Freight is a HUGE factor. Where are you located?

Aren’t you worried when buying books online that they have been cherry picked?

my email is w.b.knoblock@gmail.com, I can't promise that I will be able to help, but I will try.
If these guys sell used books on Amazon themselves than why don't they just sell their returns too if there is profit in them. What am I missing?
Yafeh Hershey a lot of reasons but they usually end up with them not wanting to do the extra work or not being able to do it efficiently compared to current revenue models
