Question 3 ...isnt the answer R16.78 Because ..the 5 would at the end would turn 4 into a 5 and the 5 turns the 7 into an 8...cause 5 and up can change the lower number into a higher number
In 2.1 and 2.2 you are calculating VAT only, for different scenarios. In 2.3 you calculating the price of the product with (including) VAT and in 2.4 you calculate the price of the product without VAT (excluding).
@@tztutoring1095 let's say the monthly cost of all electrical appliances was R408,02(including VAT) what would the total monthly cost be for excluding VAT,because I am still confused from the shift of question 2.1-2.3 & 2.4

Question 3 ...isnt the answer R16.78
Because ..the 5 would at the end would turn 4 into a 5 and the 5 turns the 7 into an 8...cause 5 and up can change the lower number into a higher number
4 is a change down number when rounding off. if it was R16.7755 for example then the answer would be R16.78 so in this case the answer is R16.77
Hi Sir on the last question, i got the answer of R16.77, same as yours even though i didn't put 1
I really want to know how tax threshold is calculated
Question 3 ...inflation where did u get 1+ ...make me understand please
Hayi no where does the 115 come from😢 ...isn't it 1,15😢
Thank u so much I understood
From 2.3 you started confusing me because why are you using a different method to what you tught before 2..3
In 2.1 and 2.2 you are calculating VAT only, for different scenarios.
2.1 and 2.2 are two ways of calculating VAT only.
2.3 and 2.4 we are excluding or including VAT to the price of the item.
❤
Why is it 115 and not 15 % in question 2.3 ?
100% for the original price plus 15% VAT =115
He means why is it 115/100 instead of 15/100?
@@nosiphomtshali705 vat included
@@nosiphomtshali70515% is used to calculate VAT without the item price. 115% is the VAT with the item price.
ive been learning more thing
