alignment is also super important. a bit more front camber will help in the turns
Yep I had alignment done after this. The car runs 1.5 degree’s camber

Big brake kit! Braking so early and then your exit speed was so slow you were left waiting for boost to kick in. Otherwise good job great video.

Interesting thoughts on your coilover choice. They look to be pretty decent. I ended up spending a fair bit on mine ( Bilsteins) ,as some budget ones aren't worth the risk sometimes.
Do you think it would be worth getting 4 wheel alignment done make sure all is well with the geometry?
Also, i thought i heard it rubbing under hard braking? You may want to do the wheel arch centre bolt delete mod. It's common on the
MK V for the front to start rubbing as soon as its lowered ✌
I did get alignment done right after fitting these just didn’t get much footage. Yeah it was rubbing, I put that down to quite aggressive et on my wheels and they springs being on the softer side. But you are right I don’t think they would rub if I removed that center bolt which I will do for the next track day. It doesn’t rub on road driving.
Hey mate, the Maxpeed coils are noted that they don't fit R32 nor 4WD. I am thinking of installing them on my 3.2 passat. Can you tell me how you made them fit? Cheers!
Basically what you see in the video. Alittle modification to the front bolt holes.

Standard mate. I will prob be getting an uprated rear one soon

Fitting h&r arbs will transform the handling. Even on springs.
@@mks2310 do you need both front and rear or is just rear enough?
Maxpeedingrods products generally suck. I would only use them again for forged rods.
Yeah I’d use their rods if I ever went forged.
