My humble opinion: People who follow your channel like the way you decorate your Bujos. I think your followers would like to win a Bujo decorated by you, with your style. That's what I would like at least. So I think you shouldn't worry about where the winner lives, or try to do neutral things to please a person whose tastes and habits you have no way of knowing (unless you do the giveaway before creating the BJ and ask the winner these questions). Make a Bujo with your style, with your brand. That's the big deal - winning a Bullet Journal made by Erin Smith.
