Every place is a mix of good and bad people. You may or may not agree. Same logic applies to your country too. Some years ago an Indian father aged 80 years had gone to US to visit his son's house. He had gone for morning walk. Suddenly, a US policeman attacked him because he was an Indian.the policeman did not get any punishment as he is a white man. But the old man is bed ridden since that attack which happened about 10 years ago.
