This prefab house also has several different options and is built under the ANSI 119.5 code! The manufacturer of this park mode rv is Park Cottages! This model is the "PC-541P." Hate tiny homes they're claustrophobic. But I'm sure there are people out there that are under 150 lbs that would find this a comfortable fit. Those doors would not fit a wheelchair or a walker. THIS one is doable for under 400sq ft!! Very nice. Although I will wait until this tiny home craze settles down and pricing comes back into the reasonable range. And it will!! Hopefully, in about 2 yrs, our economy will start to thrive again; and people “move UP” and on to bigger things, so Tiny’s, Parks, and smaller mfg homes will be in the “buyers market” once again.

I've seen this model on Mr. Tiny Timmons Recreational homes about 2 weeks ago.
I've always wondered, where do people live that they can just have a big window open like the one in this kitchen? Because if I left a window open like that, I'd get carried off by mosquitoes.
Know that lot well. Use to hang out at IP and Boomtown many a days on vacation. Nice model. Would be great for someone who wanted to buy a few and have a nice campground style place, like up near Ft Payne, AL or Mentone like you were at before. Or lake getaway. Might have to think about that lake or mountain getaway idea myself. Take care and stay safe.
Cute little house, I don't like how small the bedroom looks though. And I also don't like the colors but that can be changed. The first thing that comes to mind with that bar window is MOSQUITOES!!
