Put down my cigarette and got down on the floor to give this a go. 2 minutes in and I really feel it. I'm 48 but look 30. My mid section definitely needs alot of work though. I'm going to really start these exercises Friday. However, it's Thanksgiving and I'm probably the only one in the Universe watching on Turkey Day. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

Double speed I wonder if you're sure you can catch up? Good luck I'm sure you don't do those breathing exercises at double time. It should be done nice and slowly to open up those lungs
