But as far as detached celebrities go, Tom Cruise is one of the only people in Hollywood that still makes good films and does all of his own stunt work, so he puts his life at risk in all of these films to entertain people and genuinely loves it. He’s also known for loving, and going out of his way to meet and mingle with, his fans. So regardless, he’s still one of the very few celebrities that are not gigantic pieces of filth. And bonus points for being the last action star who holds enough sway to overrule overtly woke garbage from his films.
