This has helped me to reduce my sugar level and Increased my HDL after medical report. I also maintain OMAD for the past one year. Helped me to reduce weight and fixed my constipation issue. I tailored it to my need and it worked . Not sure if it would work for all.

But instead of talking about the benefits of chia seeds and how much to consume, when to consume etc, you wasted our time by comparing with bonda, bajji etc. Pl be specific to the product chia seeds and don't drag other unwanted things into it.
You have failed to understood the main purpose of the video. The main purpose of the video is to inform the viewers that these seeds are not as much nutritious as people believe. That is why I have modestly explained the nutrition facts and actually explained the benefits in practical usage. Unlike thousands of other videos in RUclips, where they keep on talking about the so called nutritious benefits of these seeds, the benefits are over exaggerated and not applicable in real life practice. That is why I haven't stressed upon them
