Overall sold advice, definitely touched on the most important thing which is generate cash flow to use on investing. The only thing I would add to that is that if you own a business or real estate you can never fully get out of the management business. You will always have to manage your employees, contractors, tenants, property managers, portfolio managers, or at least your advisors. If you want to be a totally hands off CEO you will quickly find yourself robbed blind by the advisor you once trusted.
