How early do you recommend getting there before a game?

Depends like he said if you want to do the whole tailgate and pregame shopping experience then like 5 hours. If you just want to go straight in to the game, then get to parking about an hour before the game starts. It takes me 30 minutes to walk from where I park to get to my seats. I like to chill before the game and take it in before kickoff. However I did arrive once a few minutes in to the game and Mostert was running in a touchdown as I was going to my seat which was kinda cool.

I recommend getting there as early as possible the morning of. We arrived to Santa Clara at 10:30am (3 hours before kickoff) it took us 2.5 hours to get to our parking lot then another 20+ min walk/trying to get through the crowds with the lines into the stadium. the traffic situation is terrible. You can tell ppl are there at least by 6-7am lol. We made it into the stadium about 5 min before kickoff so we missed any pre game show stuff. Also the lines were long to get any drinks or snacks. So we had to choose between standing in line for beer or watching the game. It was pretty stressful but once we got seated we definitely enjoyed the game. After the game it took us an 1.5 hours JUST to get out of our lot. Plan accordingly, pack snack in your car and prepare for it to be a long ass day of waiting.

Why do people complain about the weather? Thats what defines a football stadium. aka Lambo field known for their snow. Thats what makes a great football game.

Bro you aren't even close to being in Napa while in Santa Clara. Napa is a good hour/hour and a half away - three hours during rush hour.

Fair point. But I guess for context, this video was mostly made for people who are visiting the USA from overseas. So it being an hour or 2 further away isn't as big of a deal for travellers - Drew was just suggesting that adding a stop on a trip out that way is worth it.

I understood what he meant. I’m a nor cal native. Its funny how a lot of “locals” are just looking for something to jump on to show their “local knowledge”. It was pretty clear he knew he wasn’t in Napa or wine country. He said silicon valley.

It sucks but if packers fans can brave the cold we can deal with the hear.

The stadium definitely doesn't suck. It has had a couple of hot games but not every game. Check the weather forecast and if its a heat wave then bring a hat.
