Can you show how to create a digital signature that looks like yours in ink and upload it to the site or Adobe? I've spent hours on Adobe trying to figure this out.
I tried using her instructions on DocuSign; have a esignature, however, I couldn't save it on my laptop and I tried to get the electronic seal; the format in the video is not the same when I went on the site. I didn't see the menu listing as in the video. I went to my profile. HELP!
I was able to create a seal on Docusign; however, when I try to upload my saved copy to Notarize, I get an error message regarding my file format. The image is saved as .png, and when I saved it as a .jpg or .jpeg file I run into the same error message. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks you so much for exposing so much in your video. I am trying to sign up with one notary and I am having trouble adding the png file of the seal to there platform
ok I'm in WA, so when applying for your notary commotion, you also add the electronic records endorsement, what is that and what platform is it wanting me to use? I have 30 days to add the platform to me endorsement.
I am confused. I just signed up for OneNotary and I uploaded my eSeal and Digital Certificate. When I sign the document in a session, I add my eSeal and Signature. Do I need to do anything else? I feel like i should be doing something additional! Thanks!
Good afternoon, I am looking to get approved for RON in the state of Virginia, however, after pay the fee through the state and sign all documents they sent me an email that I have to provide Esignature and Eseal in the same PDF form; I done like 5 times and for some reason they keep saying the same thing and asking me the same action. I calle them several times but they say that I have to figure it my self because the PDF I send have be verified by their technology tool. I been doing this process for about 4 weeks without positive feedback yet, do you have any tip on how can I submit this information in the right way. Thanks.
Hi I’m a NSA in Olympia WA. I’m Looking into RON but I’m literally lost and I’m happy i found you. I have a question who do you get an endorsement for RON? I see it on the application but I’m not sure how it where to find the information on that. Thanks
Hey fellow Washingtonian! Are you asking how you get permission from the state or what platform I chose? For the state look at the info on this site info.dol.wa.gov/remote-option-temporarily-available-for-notaries/ For what platforms I chose it was NotaryCam, OnlineNotary.Net, Nexsys Clear Sign, and Live Notary. Still waiting for my application to get approved on the first 2.
Hello. thanks for the videos, you have made learning this a breeze. i have one question. i understand the e seal and the digital certificate, but for those who live in texas have you ever heard of you needing to apply with the secretary of state to be a online notary?
I’m a certified notary through my job. Can I use that for personal use or should I re-create one for my personal use? If I wanted to get into the digital notary as a side hustle.
I haven’t tried them- I actually I wasn’t planning on going for Signix or DocVerify. Being such a new notary it’s a lot of cost up front for those 2 platforms. I want to wait to grow my business before taking on such a big commitment.
Hey, what about the video recording? Who records the session? is it the agent? who is responsible to keep the video for 3 to 5 years? If it is the platform do they charge for it separately?
The platform records it. Each platform is different some automatically save it for x amount of years otherwise if they only do short term storage you have to download it to a computer if you wanna keep it for longer
I use LiveNotary and just started using OneNotary. Yea it’s been decent so far you definitely have to market yourself quite a bit but I’ve found with RON you typically do general notary work.
That’s a great question. I’d say if you really wanna take the loan signing system course then just get the basic NNA package ($70 for background check and test). It’s open book so you can Google the answers and don’t need to know about signings before hand to pass. Not sure about comp- I’ve always used MACs
Honestly it just depends on what state you’re in and what you’re looking for. I made a video going over 10 or so RON platforms 2 weeks back! Check it out and let me know if that helps!
@@sidehustleseattle Yes I watch that awesome video, thats how I found your channel. Its been difficult to find a RON platform thats does not require experience. I believe Notarize is the only one and they aren't on-board in my state yet. Just wondering if you knew of any platforms people with no experience. Im just trying to get up and running .
@@BetaDenDymonds gotcha good question! So there are a few things you can try that I’ll probably do also. Live Notary (wasn’t in the vid) has a free and paid version, the paid version allows you to service your own clients and there’s so that’s an option. Or you can join a partner platform like Pavaso and Nexsys they are partnered directly with signing services and platforms so you can get signing agent work through that route also.
@@BetaDenDymonds I justtt got my digital certificate so I’m in the process of signing up for RON platforms now also so I’ll keep you posted on what I learn since most RON companies aren’t available in WA either.
Can you or any of your subscribers tell me what I need to do after I am completely signed up with pavaso. I did my signature but have not received anything about a digital seal. Also nothing about payment but I can contact them directly as well I suppose.. But how do I make sure the companies they work with know I can perform RON's through pavaso?
Cant speak to the other 2 questions but as far as letting people know that you can start excepting work through Pavaso you’ll want to mark it on any notary databases you’re signed up for. Snapdocs, Signing Order, Signing Agent.con, etc there is typically a section to say which platforms you’re signed up with.
I feel like I just paid $20 for something I could have created myself using Word/Adobe 🤔😧 Certificate scenario sounds like it may soon be part of smart contracts on the blockchain. Ya'll get ready, almost everything we know about being a notary is going to change 💯

Is it okay to get my digital certificate, seal, and esignature before reaching oit to potential vendors?
You can the only thing is some vendors give you those things so you could be spending money unnecessarily.

Hello. thanks for the videos, you have made learning this a breeze. i have one question. i understand the e seal and the digital certificate, but for those who live in texas have you ever heard of you needing to apply with the secretary of state to be a online notary?
Yup! So in most states you have to submit a separate application to be a RON. In Washington we do it with our Secretary of State too.
How to find digital signature and seal when actually online with customer
Great question! You’ll upload your certificate and seal to the platform you’ll use so when you’re with a customer it will automatically be there.
Is electronic notary only available in certain states or is this new because of Covid?
Both e-notary and RON are available in only certain states however e-notary is available in a lot more states than RON is.
I’m a certified notary through my job. Can I use that for personal use or should I re-create one for my personal use? If I wanted to get into the digital notary as a side hustle.
Great question! According to what I read yes you can. Your employer can’t dictate what you do with your stamp outside of work.
