If this did not work for you. You need to update your drivers for your bluetooth with intel and asus. (Whichever system your using). If that still doesn’t correct the issue you need to do a BIOS update. And that should correct your issue. I would contact tech support so they can guide you on what is correct to install for your device. Took me about an hour but it can all be done on a live chat with tech support.

I dont know about the flashing but I had some drivers in my device manager that needed to be enabled again and my Bluetooth came up after and things were fixed. I don't remember the category, but I think it was network adapter

Try Repairing Windows
Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one-
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart.
Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan
sfc /scannow
Restart.
Windows Updates-
Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.
