I love this idea of talking to the eyes (to me it's like talking to my inner-child), thank you Nathan for this interview of Anat. Really interesting and novel idea of conversing with the eyes to bring healing of the vision. Thank you ;) My right eye (that has strabism) told me something rally deep, it felt sad and heavy and dark, and was in a dark room, no water in the pool. And so I told him I could be with it in the dark as long as he needed before he would go to the light; the sun that it needed. And the message from this eye was that me , I need to embrace my darkness, all these parts of me that are suffering still, and see them and it would be healing. and I do that want to be only Light, but not Dark. Wow. Thank you Anat for the guidance, I could really follow along and have deep answers. My right eye felt more relaxed than ever before. WOW
Your comment brought a tear to my eye! Thank you for sharing your experience, and keep the conversation going :)
Aww thank so much .Both of my eyes talked to me! Fascinating , I am looking forward for the book to come out in english ❤
Same here!
Now this is so amazing, my eyes were a bit like Nathans: Left eye playful (like a dog) and asking for nice views; right eye slow, likes to think and rest, asking for interesting experiences and warmth. And the hug was very much appreciated. Thank you for a very interesting conversation!
Perfection!! Thank you SO VERY MUCH for this insightful wisdom...❤🌹🌤
Thanks for watching 🙏
Thank you from my heart. Anat
Anat and Nathan, thank you both for this. My left eye wants more comfort and less being pushed to perform, while my right eye wants more colorful views (not screens!) and more play. I also didn't like that my 2 eyes were in separate pools, as they wanted to be nearer each other. :)
I had a clear flash 2 years ago. Hopefully once again. Thanks
If it happened once, it can happen again!
This is so exciting 👍❤️
Great interview! Loved it! I got really valuable insights from the practice! Thank you both so much for sharing this!
It really works deeply and universally. Thank You!
I became aware that I was too avoiding sadness. Very powerful!
Thank You so much for this expierience! it was magical! 🥰🤩
Hi, this is fun. I couldn't really make out a good picture of 2 ponds. But It seemed my left eye said sadness, but everything was so new, I was a bit distracted. I didn't get anything from my right eye. This is cool. I will have to try again and work on relaxation and then clear questions to the eyes.
Glad you tried it! I agree that repeating it will give you more diverse and deep experiences.
Awesome!
brilliant
🙏
Thank you from my heart. Anat
very beautiful thank you both
Yes, this is wonderful
I’m glad you enjoy!
Thank you from my heart. Anat
I dint get the deal with all these bates method exercises, i get the best results by just relaxing overall and looking at distance.. I got several clear flashes, some that lasted even 2-3 min! And i got -3.75.
Nice! The Bates Method is all about relaxation so it sounds like you’re getting it. Keep up the easy seeing ✌️
Nathan, with high myopia like -6.5, i am learning that which you discussed with Mark Warren that seeing from the back of the eye and the focusing happens on that non physical level, could you please please help to clarify it and how to mentally shift your eyes ans brain to understand it as i am squinting or maybe staring when i try to do it
Hey Nathan, when you read with panoramic vision do you feel your eyes moving too fast? I find myself being able to see the text clearly but it isn't linear reading like when focused
No not necessarily. I set the intention of keeping my attention, eyes, and head all moving across the page/screen together, while keeping some slight peripheral awareness. 👁️
I started wearing specs with -0.50 power in both eyes after 6 month my I again visit to my doctor and my eye power increase to -0.75 and my doctor said that I didn't wear my specs all the time thats why it happened( that means if I didn't wear specs all the time my power will increase) so from then I started wearing specs all the time and the next visit I got -1.25 and -1.50 with astigmatism of -0.25 in both eyes😢
What should I do to get back my normal eyes please help I am now 18
Start practicing the Bates Method every day, and find a different eye doctor who is open to undercorrecting you with weaker prescription training glasses.
maybe, we can treat our 2 eyes and brain almost like they are 3 separate brains. 3 distinct thinking entities.
Sometimes; if we look up, straining and trying to see "God", "Stars" or Something Beyond, we just get it.

I have three degrees of myopia. Can I regain 6/6 vision in less than a year by practicing the Bates method?
It's not always possible to predict how long natural vision improvement takes. For some people it happens fast, for others slow. Each person is unique, and the speed is determined by many factors. For me, I started closer to four diopters of myopia with two diopters of astigmatism, and it took a total of 3-4 years.
Dear Nathan, you have so good podcast better eyesight etc, but recently bringing on people whose English is really a strain to listen,
I’m sorry but I feel you’re being too polite , I know how much you like your friend Esther but it really creates a strain to listen to some accents, recently ruth …. It is important speaker have a powerful true voice and can pronounce
