- In this #shorts video I share my top 5 gold bullion coins for gold stacking or gold investing for 2021. I have been buying gold for a few years now and I have realized that not all gold bullion coins are made alike. Some of my picks include the american gold eagle, the gold krugerrand, and the gold maple leaf. I think that stacking gold coins is a great way to preserve your wealth and I hope you liked my list!

Another honorable mention although not a 1 oz is the Mexican 50 pesos gold coin.
I’d put that up there with the krugerrand, I didn’t think either were that pure.
The Mexican 50 pesos is more than an ounce of gold but the casa de moneda also mints gold libertad ounces
Technichally a medal (also im mexican) and i find it kinda funny that you can technically buy some chips and a soda for the price of 50 pesos which is the gold coin’s face value
I just brought my first Gold Britannia, looking for another one soon
Buffalo all the way
I would put the Canadian Maple Leaf on top. It's relatively low premium, 24k purity, and it's greater liquidity in the USA than the Britania make it my top choice.
Agree
The premiums for the American Eagle is crazy. At bulk you'll get more for your money with the other minted ones, and with extra security.
That Britannia gold coin looks beautiful that might be next on my list
Queens beast way better than brittania imho
Gold Eagles and Buffalos for the win. Coin shops don't want to know anything about the others mentioned, you'll get nothing for them if you try to cash in. The demand just isn't there. But buy whatever makes you happy I suppose.
Foreign is okay for hard economic times thiugh.
Very fine choices. I agree and thank u for showing us some of your stack.
Great choices for 2021!!
I have the one ounce Britannia, its gorgeous and the first one ounce coin I've ever bought. I originally bought the 1/10 ounce version but its just not the same, that coin was ment to be viewed in all its splendor. Originally I was gona get the American Buffalo coin, but I waited too long and they got sold out at the local coin shop. Honestly I still can't decide which one I like more, they both tie at first place in my book. Awesome collection by the way. I have to force my self to limit the amount of content I watch on gold coins cause its my weak spot, and often times leads me to go and make a purchase on impulse.
Completely agree with your list SD, I go for diversity in my gold stack but you nailed the top 5 as far as I’m concerned(as far as collectibility and potential for resale). Great upload as always my friend!👍🐕
I couldn't agree more with those choices
Buffalo is my number one ☝️
Agree with Britannia being top 1. Maple should be No.2. And Philharmonic is No.3 for me.
Krugerrand and Eagle are not pure gold, so they are out
Now that your done using those in your video you want to sale them at half off??? I mean they are used now.
Your 1 ounce krugerrand looks very yellow, it should have a more orange appearance.
And thanks for the always interesting videos!
Curious if these shorts are bringing in a mobile audience, they're really well done!
yes i’m on my phone
Just bought my firsr 1oz coin today, a philharmonic
Philharmonics is such a nice coin
Not even an honorable mention for the Libertad? Isn’t it around the same price as the AGE?
Libs cary a very significant premium at this time
Is platinum and palladium a good investment as well?
Diversification is key
No. I’d spend that money on gold and silver
Got all those ✔
That coin with the stringed instruments on is absolutely superb
What are your top gold fractionals? Unfortunately, without saving, its difficult to buy anything approaching 1/4 oz in gold. I am probably going to make my first gold purchase this month and it's going to be a 1/10 Oz coin. What would your recommendations be in that area?
I own 1/10 britannias and gold maples and they're both very nice coins
I have a few Krugrrands and few old US $20 Gold coins.
Chronos is a top three pick for 2022
Phil harmonics🤢🤮🤮
9999
Hate to disagree but for anyone in the States, the Buffalo has to be #1
and outside the States too. I'm in Europe and I stack Buffalos before any others
Britanias look way nicer though and have some solid security features. The buffalo's are just a rehashed prior design like everything else the US mint makes 😬
@@matthewduepner1811 I think he means for USA. Buffalo is our only us backed 9999.
Agree with number 1. The AGE should have been last IMHO. It's not pure gold.
I actually like the philharmonic and im a fan of the Austrian mint.
I am a coin rookie, what do you mean by premium?
Extra money over spot price of market per troy ounce.
Wow,Awesome collection!👍👍👍
I had a buffalo head penny found outside a bar in Lethbridge Canada. Unfortunately I was too young and dumb to realize what I had and I lost it through the years.
Do you think that Philharmonic is the most liquid in Europe?
No Mexican Gold Libertdad? I guess the Mexican mint has not released the 2021 yet.
Texas loves libertads.
The queen won't be minted anymore.
I can't argue with the list. I love how any gold coin other then a Krugerrand was illegal in the states at one time.
Love the way a Real Kruger Pingsssssss
Britannia is beautiful
All of those are very nice!!!
My favorite is the Canadian five 9s gold nugget coin I love how the water is dripping down the maple leaf
Chinese Panda coins are underrated
Where do we buy gold coins?
what does it mean low premium? sorry i just started following you. need to catch up
How about three graces gold coin?
Brittanias in general whether it be gold or silver are very beautiful
Maple leaf>Britainnia
Qeii has crown on Britannia.
I can't see buying American Eagles with the ridiculous premiums.
Awesome picks!
I can’t do the queen! Gold buffalo and AGE are 1&2 for me! Holla if ya hear me
Someone finally agrees with me on the gold Brits.
Sorry but nothing beats the RCM Maple Leaf!
Very nice
Can't disagree!👍
Ty SBaggins
Hate the buffalo, boring coin. The eagle and the Krugerrand along with the Philharmonic are the only coins I like.
The Krugerrand looks very yellow, it should look more coppery than golden
6?
Why do you buy 1 oz coins, gold will never go over 2200 so you're just wasting your money.
Polies 1 coin. Polies
I'll take one of each please 🙂
I thought Brittanias would be at the top of the list. I was not disappointed.
Cheers
So beautiful I need Sam silver dollars
My man! I knew there was a reason I watched you I had that feeling you were one of the good guys. Putting that Britannia at number one, that's an alpha move. I love the Britannia of all the coins by far one of my favorite. Can't wait till I go back to pouring silver again, waiting for my new oven to arrive. Also looking at a 3D printer, I want to cast the figure on the Britannia in silver.
I agree, I think the Britannia is the perfect combination of low premiums, being well known, and having top notch security features of any coin, in my opinion.
Rule Britania
Buffalo looks fake
Rule britannia 🇬🇧 🏴 always
Failed to mention the best mint in the world by any standard.. Perth Mint.
First!
Rule brittania
This was a complete waste of time
