So I’m working on this right now (oh boy, this is not for beginners and even intermediates may get a bit lost), so I have a little tip for the square knot section after redoing it 4 times: Work on a pillow!! Lay the design flat on the pillow and work in neat rows! Pull one pillow ear through the handle and align it more or less and go to town on that. Don’t skip from side to side, work neatly and slowly. This design is not easy to keep straight in the air (kudos, Ewa) and it isn’t for the faint hearted. Good luck knotters! 💜

Hello ! For this design I would rather advise 5mm braided cord, because you can follow the tutorial without any changes. If you decide for 3mm braided mandala beach bag will be much smaller… you would have to add more cords to the handle and make more square knots. Well lots of possibilities! The easiest is to use the same measurements and decide while making one side first. Good luck and let me know how it went !

The best way is to change positions. I like to stand and while making macrame listen to music and dancing in the meantime 😊 stretching and yoga can help also 🤗
You can make your macrame on a stand have the ability to raise up and down,meanwhile you are sitting on your comfortable sofa, that is what I do exactly,have fun by making macrame

I can’t explain it better than in the video. It’s not always the left rope and V are connected, so the pattern can “go” to the centre. (3 V on the left and 3 V on the right are connected the same way )

I like to do it in short bursts of activity with very frequent short breaks. Yes music helps

I did slow down, but it's still difficult to see the way you make the knots (sorry😔). Do you use left side as a traveler for every rope?
