FOR.WHOM.THE .BELL. TOLLS!
Hey i always love when my fellow musicians make reaction channels.
This song is about someone struggling with suicide and eventually their intrusive thoughts sadly wins
This song is about James's Amp being stolen. 😂
@stepheninglett3447 the amp his deceased mother gave him
@@stepheninglett3447That’s when he wrote it, when he was severely depressed about losing the amp his then dead mother had given him. So yeah, his amp getting stolen sparked the inspiration for the song, but the lyrics are about as straight forward as it gets as far as subject matter goes.
Apparently it’s about a 7 hour drive home from your ex-girlfriend’s.
Keep doing Metallica y'all will hit 1,000 subs by next week .......🤘🤘
"Creeping Death" live in Seattle 1989!!!!! You'll thank me and yourselves for watching them live!
Trust me. “Disposable Hero’s” shld be ur next Metallica song. Just trust me.
Y’all crack me up! Great reactions! I will be back for more ❤
Love watching the younger generations discovering the classic masters from the past. It's almost like experiencing the music and joy from our first time hearing these classics. I'm going to recommend Disposable Heroes, the first song I ever heard by Metallica. Blew me away and made me a fan for life instantly.
Also, you really can't go wrong with anything off of their first five, yes FIVE albums. After that, they kind of morph a little too much for many but the last three albums have been received well by most of their fans. They still play live and have many vids on their channel, btw. Good luck and enjoy your journey, here for it with a sub. 🤘🤘
Creeping death from this album, was written by James Hetfield ( lead singer, rhythm guitar ) after he watched the movie The Ten Commandments. Do the lyrics with the studio version.
🔥🤘🏽🔥
Greatest heavy-metal album ever written… I said what I said
Music about pain and suffering was very comforting to me.. .
I never felt like I was alone in my suffering.
By far my favourite Metallica song
Welcome to the METALLICA FAMILY and I highly suggest you listen to ONE by Metallica
“Bulls on Parade” Rage Against the Machine
Mettalica songs a lyrical musical rides at the highest level. Like a modern symphony!!!!!
Loved your narrative about the feelings/movements of this song!!
OK you are ready for Iron Maiden. They are are one of Metalica's insparational bands, you can hear it when they harmonize their guitars. Maiden should always be listened to live, they are extrodinary musicians and showmen. I suggest Hallowed Be Thy Name, Beast Over Hammersmith concert.
For Whom the Bell Tolls is a must❤
Still in my opinion the best album 🔥🤘🏽🔥
Listen to For whom the bells tow by Metallica
FOR WHOM THE BELL TOLLS
Metallica-One video
Killer af 🔥
That's a movie trailer, not a music video
Stevie Ray Vaughn, Mary had a Little Lamb.
This acoustic guitar intro kind of reminds me a bit of beyond the realms of death by Judas Priest another great song worth checking out
Traditional rock and metal have moved to Japan, being written and played by all female bands. Suggestions:
BAND-MAID: Hard rock. Video- ‘Hate,’ live from Yokohama Arena.
Lovebites: metal/speed metal
Video: ‘Swan Song w/ Chopin into’, live.
Be prepared. When people find out you’re watching
BAND-MAID your channel will blow up fast.
Creeping Death, also by Metallica
Excellent reaction. Also, It's cool that you're musicians as well, which sort of makes you like unicorns, nowadays. Thanks, guys.
Pink Floyd...full album 1st song till last,,let it play (any album)
Metallica battery (1989) … it will melt your face off
Saw song this live in 92, managed to get to the front. I vividly recall the heat of the pyrotechnics going off and water being thrown at us to cool us. Such an awesome intense experience. Also some guy later standing behind me shouting 'Fuckin' Whiplash' for about an hour in my ear somewhat took the edge off it all.
This song played in my car when my first love dumped me. Dark rainy road. 1986. Almost drove my car into the river. 😂😢😂😂😂. Also payed some DIO. So depressing. 😂
The greatest band ever...
Nothings else matters
IIRC Three Six sampled “Master of Puppets” on their first CD, Mystical Styles. It’s hard.
Geat reactions fella's. Try Dyers Eve, Damage Inc, Disposable Heroes, Blackened, To live is to Die.

I suggest Dyers Eve, The Thing That Should Not Be, Creeping death, and justice for all and no leaf clover from S&M 1 and Disposable heroes. I'm a new sub here. I loved your guys' reaction to Black Sabbath's classic (my favorite band outside of Ozzy) War Pigs. You both listen and are intelligent. Keep it up! Thanks!
OK I'm on board for the 60s 70s stuff before it got too technical when we got an album
,no video no television ads no internet or social media just a 12 inch vinyl album and a cover
with everything you needed to know about the making of it ,be nice to hear a side at a time
Orion is a masterpiece you guys will appreciate, and Blackened off And just for all is another sick one .

New sub. Really enjoying the reactions ! Would love to see you react too “Tool “Pneuma” Danny Carey drum cam”. You mentioned crazy time signatures in a previous reaction. Tool’s time signatures will blow you away.
Thank you for the sub! There's so much Tool love in the comments, we gotta check em out!
Awesome to see how much you guys are appreciating the level of amazing that early Metallica was..just run right through Ride the Lightning then drop back to Kill EmAll and finish up the Master of Puppets album..they have a couple good albums after those 3 but the Cliff Burton era..R.I.P. is their golden sound.. Garage Days, And Justice for All and the Black Album have killer songs as well but the first 3...Chef's fucking Kiss start to finish
Please check out Raining Blood- by Slayer. Slayer and Metallica are part of the big four of thrash metal. ALSO check out Ace of Spades by MOTORHEAD
Check out the Fade to black/Saving private Ryan mash-up. It's brutal
Battery, live Seattle 1989
Keep an honest Man honest!!!👊🇺🇸👊
Good lord. You are going all into
Plz react to Hand of Doom by Black Sabbath

Black Sabbath - Heaven and Hell / Megadeth - Peace Sells / Iron Maiden - Powerslave... next thing you know you will be at 10k subs
Proof that some people's minds just aren't as deep as others.
nah, they understood the darkness of the song just fine. their ANALOGY was solid. maybe it's something in your mind that's the issue. i wonder what that could be?
What do yall say, do you think they are ready for some Tool??? Start it a bit slow with Tool-The Pot.
Can you please react to Olivia Rodrigo? You can try The Grudge, Brutal, Logical, All American Bi*ch, Ballad of a Homeschooled girl, Making the Bed, Obsessed, Happier, Deja Vu
so now u need to see neil pert rotating drum set
As fellow musicians, did you noticed there was no refrain in this song?
Play some Rush. Tom Sawyer, Subdivisions

Maybe not now but soon, you should start checking out Pink Floyd.
With Metallica it’s always smart to pre read what the lyrics are about.
I disagree, should read them while listening. You get the emotions of the music itself that way.
Get the bone thug family fan base in the channel too do notorious thugs or foe tha love of money ft eazy e
Yeah... Wait until they discover Pink Floyd 😆
Guys, if you run out of suggestions, here are some gems. Each of these groups is another rabbit hole that will be hard to climb out of:
Cranberries - Zombie
Red hot chilli peppers - Can't stop
Pink floyd - Us and them
The Cure - Fascination Street
Joy Division - New dawn fades
U2 - With or without you
Deep purple - Child in time
Dire Straits - Brothers in arms
Suixie and the banshees - Happy house
The Clash - Somebody got murdered
The Offspring - End of the line
Rolling stones - Give me shelter
Pink Floyd is overrated junkie trash
Pink Floyd and Rush.
Remember when doing Pink Floyd it's best to listen to their albums straight through. Start with the dark side of the moon then wish you were here, animals, then do meddle or you can start with it. Then finally the Wall.
Love metallica but if you react to some Pink Floyd preferably the 1994 pulse concert i will be your new subscriber plus many more will follow anyways great job guys
Can u guys do domination by pantera i know you guys will fuck with it HARD!
My 7th watching y’all. You guys have to be musically trained in some kinda way. Really listening deeply and catching all the transitions and nuance.
hit me up when you do one
Pot by Tool
Yeah... maybe it's about a 7 hour drive.... or maybe it's about suicide...
It's not an acoustic. Just no distortion. I don't think Metallica ever used an unplugged guitar.
Definitely an acoustic. Watch them do it live. The ostinato is played on an acoustic in B minor, then the verse switches to A Minor. James has one of those contraptions that allows the acoustic to be fixed to the mic stand so he can easily switch between the soft acoustic sections into the heavy distorted “chorus”. Wouldn’t need one if it was just a clean electric tone.
@nathanlandry1016 interesting. Thanks for letting me know
You should try Tool. They're just as impressive as Metallica, but they have a very different sound. More progressive. The song 46&2 would be a great place to start. Plus, if you do Tool, the Tool Army will flood your channel and you'll get a ton of new subscribers. Trust me. You'll love Tool. Some of the deepest lyrics in the game as well.
