      저거 진짜 다 지키고 공복 유산소 할 시간 없어서 운동 저녁에 1시간 반씩 거의 매일 했는데도..3달간 한 3키로 빠지고 안빠지던 와타시 뭐가 문제냐며....ㅜㅜ

    There's one thing I do for my plateaus. We must shock our bodies after hitting a plateau. But eating even lesser can be difficult considering u are already on a calorie deficit and reducing the amount of calories you consume even more might lead to weakness. So for that, I eat WHATEVER I want for 3 days. I keep my exercise the same as everyday but eat MORE. My body is shocked. It feels "ah, she's not losing weight, enough energy is being provided, so I don't need to conserve her mass. I can let go, I can let her have her usual metabolism" so it lets the guard down and I go back to my usual diet and exercise and end up losing more weight.

    진짜.. 너무 맞는 말 같아요 다이어트는 쫒기면서 하면 오래 못 하고 금방 포기하게 돼요.. 스트레스 받는건 덤이고.. 그래서 항상 장기적으로 봐야해요 저도 단기적으로 확 빼야지! 마음 먹은 사람이었는데 그게 정말 부질없더라구요 먹고싶은게 있으면 먹되 과식하지말고 운동하면 됩니다! 살을 좀 더 빨리 빼고 싶으면 먹는양을 더 줄여야겠지만요… 초반엔 그렇게만 해도 살 빠지니까 다들 다이어트 힘내시길 바랄게요 😚

I love the lord as my bible is sitting right beside me but this can be a lot for someone to take in at once.. on a weight loss video😂 I get it though, we need to spread the word to whom ever gazes upon our comment and everything you said is true but that much can be a little overbearing and probably make one shy away from it.

      I am 48 kg (now 47) and just because you hit that weight doesn't mean you get your dream body. For example if you want a hourglass body you still have to workout for it! It doesn't end here sadly.

      @@Mannequinned you cannot change your genetics by working out or spot lose weight. It is impossible to only lose weight in your waist or your thighs. I’d your bone structure doesn’t allow you to have a thigh gap, even at a low weight with working out, you won’t have one.

    I’m currently improving my eating habits! I wouldn’t call it dieting since i really like a lot of the no carbs food I get to eat. I’m 153cm tall and my average weight rounded 56-58kg. My sleep schedule (which is bad. I have a lot of insomnia 😭) hasn’t changed much at all right now-
    I started this improvement in January because I couldn’t resist the delicious food during the holidays ^^' as of now January 10th, I weighted myself after having lunch and I’m currently on 51.1kg! Seeing your results motivate me to keep going with my process, so as soon as I get to my goal (Maybe 46-48kg ? My thighs haven’t lost much weight even though I walk a lot 😭) I’ll remember to come back here

      @@2dmensimp it’s not very complicated ^^ basically you only eat when you feel hunger, not eating because “oh it’s breakfast/lunch/tea/dinner time” + only eat once you feel satisfied, not until you burst from all the food that you ate. at first it’s difficult (at least it was for me) but as time passes, that anxiety that you may feel to have anything as long as you get to eat will disappear!
      Starvation isn’t the key. If you starve yourself you’ll only gain more of that feeling of being hungry and you’ll end up wanting to eat more food that you did before.
      I eat 2 (mostly)-3 meals a day; those are normally at noon and between 6-8pm, so after the last hour I ate something, I get to do at least a 12 hour fasting without getting hungry. In the meantime, you can drink tea or water! I personally recommend yea because for me, it helps getting rid of the hunger feeling!
      As for the meals, try to eat the least carbs you can. You can eat different meat, fish, chicken, Greek yogurt, nuts, cheese, mostly green vegetables, eggs, etc! What’s good about these foods is that they are tasty and will not make you feel like you’re dieting. Still, control the quantity that you get on your plate!
      Last part, exercise! I didn’t start exercising until a week ago, I have a treadmill at home and I walk for an hour 3-4 times a week, but outside that routine, I still move around doing chores or going out to enjoy some fresh air! You can also go out and do this, it’s good even if you do it for a short time, since it will help your metabolism and with that, it’s helping you to digest your food more easily and quickly!
      As I am writing this, I weighed myself and I’m 51.1kg atm, yesterday I was at 50.8kg but it can happen that one day you weight more than the other, even if you’re sticking to the “diet”! this happens because your body can be accumulating more liquid one day and then let it all out on the next one. it makes me feel anxious because it feels as if I’m getting further away from my goal but it’s normal and part of the process so don’t worry too much about that!

      @@selenite3890 It's not 58 is a risk of obesity, which can lead to numerous hart problems and more. If she(I'm assuming) was like 165cm yes it would be normal but since she is 153cm it might be dangerous.

    정해진 목표가 딱히 없는 사람들은 한번에 딱 줄이기 힘들어요 무용을 해서 꼭 살을 빼야한다가 아니라 미용을 목적으로 한다면 천천히 단계단계 하시는걸 추천드려요 전 아침은 꼭 먹고 처음에 간식 끊고 운동 병행하면서 간식을 안 먹어도 생각이 안 나고 힘들지 않을 정도까지 하다가 그 다음 저녁을 적게 먹고, 아침 식단을 건강한거로 바꾸고, 저녁 식단까지 건강하게 먹는거로 단계별로 했더니 요요도 안 오고 좋더라구요 다이어트 할 때는 운동 무조건이에요 몸매도 그렇고 좋은 마인드 유지하는데 효과적임

      @@user-sv5ep6sm5r 제 경험을 말씀드리면 숫자는 중요치 않은데 사실 1kg을 1주일에 빼는게 가장 이상적이라고 하셨어요 (물론 전문가마다 말하는 차이는 있겠지만 제가 pt받았을때 트레이너쌤이 식단이랑 운동 지도해주시면서 했던 말이예요) 그래서 한 달에 4-5kg 정도 빠지는게 가장 적당하고 사실 빼려면 그 이상도 빠질 수는 있지만 4-5kg 정도 감량이 체지방은 감량하면서 근손실 안오게끔하는데 가장 이상적인거 같아요 저렇게 하면 확실히 요요도 안오고요 ! 물론 다뺐다고 다시 예전 생활로 돌아가면 백퍼 요요 옵니당

      @@user-kv2wd1vj2j 그래도 되죠 ! 근데 몸 라인이 예뻐지면서 감량하길 원하신다면 운동은 필수적입니다. 식단만 하면 피부와 근육 사이에 있는 지방이 빠지기만하고 원래 지방이 있던 자리는 그대로라 살이 탄력이 없어보이게 해요. 운동은 지방은 빼면서 근육을 키우는거라 체지방이 빠질때 피부와 근육의 사이를 잘 밀착시켜줍니다. 그래서 운동한 분들이 더욱 탄탄해 보이는 이유이기도 하구요. 심각한 복부비만이거나 고도비만 아닌이상 나이가 10대시라면 식단으로만 빼도 피부 탄략의 차이가 크지는 않지만 20대 이후부터는 운동없이 뺀 것과 운동 병행한 감량의 눈바디가 크게 차이가 납니다 !

      음… 65에서 51까지 뺀 사람으로써 저는 정해진 목표가 있을 때 더 하기 싫었던 것 같아요 ㅋㅋㅋ 저는 그냥 마치 이것만 아는 바보처럼 아무 생각 없이 운동해야지 밥 조금 적게 먹어야지 단순하게 생각하고 실행했었어요 거창한 목표를 잡고 세우면 내가 그걸 어떻게 해 하면서 작심삼일했었어서… 사람마다 정말 다 다른 것 같아용

      Do you strength train? If you’re at a healthy weight and might not have much room to lose before becoming underweight because of your height, but still have a high body fat% or just feel like you look chubby in general, I recommend you look into body recomposition! You can sculpt your body and gain muscle to tone while loosing fat at the same time, without experiencing much change on the scale. Or if your goal is to loose weight aswell as body fat, you could do body recomp and a slight calorie deficit. Of course body recomp is most applicable to beginners at the gym- there are other criteria though!

      我也是瘦5kg就停滯了😭我160cm,53kg,是運動節食能達到的最瘦體重,我應該是動的不夠,因為懶的記瘦身操,只有上學時單車騎上坡橋(類似踩),主要練大腿,但腰也能雕塑到。我非常佩服羨慕能受到48kg的人😭😭

      운동은 일단 가볍게 누워서 숨쉬기부터 해도 충분합니다 아니면 하늘 자전거, 다리 올렸다 내리기, 스트레칭!!!

    다른 유튜버들 보면 좀 빡세게 식단을 짜고 운동도 좀 과하게 하는 것 같아서 따라할 염두도 안 났는데 망구님 영상 보고 뭔가 할 수 있겠다는 생각이 들었어요 제가 올 해 수험 생활을 시작하면서 살이 10키로가 쪘는데 살이 확 찌니까 여기 저기 몸이 안 좋아지고 삶의 질이 확 떨어지고 너무 힘들고 괴롭더라구요.. 시험 다 끝나면 망구님 따라서 열심히 다이어트 해보려구요 ! 🫶🏻

    I think this is one of the best and most realistic diet videos I've seen on RUclips. You're completely right, not everyone have the motivation to really schedule out the food to eat each day and to do home workout videos that make your body sores even more. I couldn't do it as fast as you (losing 10kg in 2 months!), but I've managed to lose 5 kg in 2,5 months and you were right about all of it. Thank you for spreading great videos so people will know that diet doesn't always mean to sacrifice your health.

    If you’re hungry then please eat. A better way of losing weight everyone is to change your diet completly. I’m 18 and around 103-104 and I used to be 115 I wasn’t upset with my weight, but I made a pact to myself to go back to being a vegetarian like I hade been in 2020 and I lost weight very quickly and now my weight stays the same no matter what I eat. Please think about going vegetarian or at least trying a similar diet, I swear there are yummy foods! But do not stop eating, I used to be the same because K-pop influenced me, but it’s better to eat throughout the day then to starve yourself and create an eating disorder. I believe this lady has great intentions but doesn’t realize the advice she is giving is harmful.

    망구님 저도 딱 159-160 에 57키로인제... 맨날 집에만 있어서 급격하게 9키로가 쪘는데 진짜 이 영상 보면서 방학때 시작해보려고요 저도 꼭 성공해서 후기 남길게요 사실 다이어트 너무 힘들어서 시작했다 포기했다 수도 없이 많이 했지만 망구님이 할수있다고 너무 이쁘게 말씀하셔서 갑자기 없던 의욕이 샘솟음..영상 올려줘서 넘 고마워요....

    진짜 다이어트에도 죄절로 무너져도 계속 나는 목표를 향해서 달려가는게 맞는거 같아요 ㅎㅎ
    맨날 초반에 잘하다가 정체기 오면 요요와서 포기하고 폭식했는데 이번에는 조급함 없이 나를 위해 장기간으로 빼야되겠다 생각이 들었어요
    그래서 지금은 정체기 넘겨 6kg감량했는데
    아직 16kg 가 더 남았어요 저는 계속 도전을 할거에요

    im also trying to eat better!! i have a problem with yoyo-dieting (a cycle of dieting and then eating a lot) and it's so tiring. thank you for sharing your experiences!! i feel better now that i have someone to look up to. im just like you, in terms of weight, eating habits, strength... but you pushed through! and i want to do the same!!
    im starting now at 56kg (149cm) and im hoping to get to 46kg by march!! for now, ill do your diet tricks homemade version.. 😅 ill work hard!! and try to update monthly!!

    It's the first time I watch this person, so I hope I'm not misinterpreting anything out of context. While I agree with most of the things she said in this video, I would like to discuss a few details that I find lowkey unhealthy to recommend. Mostly the part about a 1000kcal diet or starting to eat even less once she stopped losing weight at some point. For the biggest majority of people, 1000kcal is way too little and it can lead to many health issues, including an ED in very extreme cases.
    In average, for calorie deficit one should reach 1200-1500kcal, depending on the person, that should be low enough including physical effort. If at some point they stagnate, maybe the 1st thing to try is increasing the intensity of the workouts, adding some weights could help a lot. Keep in mind that losing WEIGHT means both fat + muscle, so it's also important to make sure you eat enough protein to prevent that.
    For those who do exercise, keep in mind that it will grow your muscles more or less, so that's added WEIGHT to your body. That doesn't mean you're not losing fat, it's normal in many cases to stop seeing changes on the scale, but while you're losing fat you're gaining muscle mass so at some point the total weight could stay the same even though the percentage of fat/muscle are changing. That's one thing that can make many people think they're not improving.
    Also I don't think pills for losing weight are necessary. If anyone truly struggles with their weight even after checking everything on the "list", they should probably go to a doctor since it could be hormonal as well (thyroid issues, PCOS, etc.)
    Just try to stay as realistic as possible and accept your body and be proud of your progress, not everyone has the same body type and not everyone will look the same, as long as your health isn't in danger, you're perfect as you are. Good luck everyone!

    저두 158에 60키로찍고
    친한동생이랑 목표무게정해서
    날짜정해놓고 못빼면 50만원빵했더니
    한달만에 8키로뺌!!!
    운동을 너무 열심히했어요^^
    망구님처럼 목표가 정말중요한거같애요~~
    다이어트3개월지났는데

    다이어트 꿀팁 얻으려고 들어왔는데 꿀팁도 꿀팁이지만 그 이상으로 마음의 위로를 많이 받고 가네요ㅠㅠㅠ

    helloo!! for the comments readers i want to say something! I also lost weight and got thinner in a little period of time (5 kg in 1 1/2 months) I was weighting 52kg approximately and was also very addicted to delivery food, specially sushi and sweet treats 🥺 i obviously got to cut it out but in this process i learnt a lot about exercise! For example, if you just want to lose weight, obviously a cardio workout and a low carb diet and high in protein is the ideal, BUT! If you want to get slimmer and fit i highly recommend doing strength exercises and THEN cardio at least for half an hour, doing (for example) a bit of weightlifting with light weights will make you burn the glucose and the energy first so when you do your cardio you will be burning nothing but fat! that’s because when you burn all the energy, your body need another energy resource and that is your fat! This technique also works for your muscles not to get fatigue even though it may not make you lose too much weight, it will make you thinner in a shorter period of time!💘💘 hope this helps

    anyone that's watching, please dont try to eat as little as this person is eating. 1000kcal is not enough for the average human; it is very unhealthy and can be dangerous. if you're thinking to lose weight you should go into a calorie deficit but not 1000kcal. eating that little can cause you to be very tired and cranky as that is not enough food for your body to function. Also eating that little over time can lower your basal metabolic rate, BMR, (the amount of calories your body burns by just being alive). Since you're eating so little, your body starts to get used to not burning many calories which lowers ur bmr. you can calculate how much less you should eat through an app, but honestly IMO, I think it is best to eat 3-4 well-portioned, balanced meals a day. If you have problems with eating disorders, I totally get you and it can be so so hard. Just remember that every day is a new day, and in the end you are just trying to be happy. weight looks different on everyone so don't worry about the number on the scale.
    More tips:
    Implement more movement in as a daily habit like what she says, and lift weights if you are trying to also increase muscle mass while losing fat (you also can't spot reduce fat meaning you can't just target one area to lose that certain fat). Growing muscle can increase your metabolism!! If you guys are really trying to shed off extra fat, it is great to end off a lifting session with some type of cardio; jump-roping, walking, running, HIITs, etc. Remember muscle weighs more than fat, and your weight is just a number,
    implement better eating habits too. if you eat a lot of fast food, try to limit that as much as possible and eat more whole foods. EAT YOUR PROTEIN!!

    4.저녁 10시 이후에는 물만 섭취 (자기전 2-4시간전 음식 섭취x)
    5.외식할때 음료나 카페인 마시지 않기
    6.배달음식 끊기 (도시락 띵커바디 각각 2주치,2주치)
    7.주 1-3회 pt (하루 하체 하루 상체 1시간씩)
    끝나면 천사의계단15-20분or런닝30분or싸이클 30분
    8.요일 정해서 몸무게 재기

    1. go to sleep at 12-1am at the latest and wake up at 9-10am at the latest (no naps!)
    2. wake up and drink 1 cup of water on empty stomach
    3. do cardio in morning on empty stomach/15-30 mins bike/stairs/treadmill, resistance train 1-3 times a week
    4. eat 2-3 meals a day no more than 1000kcal and only drink water
    5. no eating anything 2~3 hours before going to sleep only drink water
