Another incredible episode, per the usual. Kate and Sarah are such compelling individuals and are so complementary, both as a couple and of each other. It's always so exciting to see a healthful representation of lesbian relationships. On a side note, as a sports medicine clinician, I've worked with a lot of female athletes who are concerned about their relationship to exercise and their own body image. I'm always so eager to support them through this journey and encourage them to embrace their *physical* strength too, as it plays just as integral a role in our overall happiness and healthfulness as other types of "strength" do in many other aspects of our lives. So often the disposition toward being "bulky" is a rather insidious symptom of how we see ourselves or think we're supposed to see ourselves within a gendered/binary construct of society. I really enjoyed this episode!! :)

I am an ISFP. According to that I am "Charming, Sensitive to Others, Kind and Encouraging, Imaginative and Passionate." Idk if i see myself in those words exactly but i do know that i am a very loyal person, so that does make sense. Furthermore i struggle with "outside Structure, i am Unpredictable, i get Easily Stressed, Technical Problem-Solving and i got a Fluctuating Self-Esteem." And i totally see myself in that except for the unpredictable part. But i guess it's hard to be unpredictable to yourself cause my own decisions tend to make sense to me. So i guess i need to ask another person if that's true about me.

Shannon, I love all the influencer content but I think it wold be great if you branched out a little sometimes. There are so many queer stories and relationships out there...representation is great but it also needs to be wide-ranging and diverse. You probably don't need this but honestly truly if you want to chat through ideas or get tips on interviewing--I think you'd be great, but going out of a comfort zone is hard!--I'm happy to talk w you, I used to book shows and do interviews. Journalism used to be a job haha but seriously, I am not offering in a patronizing way but genuinely when I want to try a new thing, it helps to talk it through w someone.
