Great video!! Some awesome footage man. I want to do this trip next year with my wife and I. We currently have one ski. Do you recommend us buying another for the trip or do some people ride together on a ski?
Yes. My daughter and my son's wife did. Both of them could have made the whole trip, but about 1/2 way they opted to get on a boat. It's much more rough when you're on the back, but it is possible.
@AdventuresinCrossing yeah, I have that but never use it much. Certainly a little more complex than a go pro but I liked how it looked underwater. Thanks.
@@stseani simple u are 30 miles off the coast of anywhere skiis generally dont quit running as often as they dont start. i gurantee that all of those skiis didnt have a brand new battery installed just prior to a dangerous crossing . yes battery issues is the number 1 reason skiis dont start under their own power UNDER LOAD - under load is the skii in the water prop always turns water causes drag
@@petegamer8267 What's your point in your comment? If you don't like my video then don't watch it. You didn't pay for it. You weren't invited to it. I didn't ask your opinion, but for some reason, you don't expand on why my video doesn't live up to your standards. Maybe if you were helpful I could learn to do a better job?
Myles, quite the adventure and you did an awesome job on the video as well. Congrats on a great trip!!!
@@PJCookAC-130 Thank you! I’m glad you liked it!
Thanks PJ. I'm going to drag you onto one of these one of these days. Your drone shots would be epic.
Wahooo!! Very well prepared! Was an AWESOME trip!! :-) But all the fun required good preparation! Peace of Mind. Mind the Fun! 🙂
Great video! We had such a fun time on that trip too. It's really fun to see everyone's different perspective.
It was great to ride with you! See you back out there and great job on your videos too.
Great video!!!
I went with this group but came back the next day. I still have no words about this crossing. It was unique, wonderful.
It was an amazing trip! Glad it went well. Too bad you had to come back early though.
this is my dream trip. what an awesome video.
It's worth it and with Bahamas Challenge there is a great support group. Glad you enjoyed. See you on a future trip.

You can do it, but it gets pretty uncomfortable for the passenger, but people do it all the time.
@@mylesbinfordthank you. We are probably going to get another lol
Can a SEADOO spark make this trip from miami to bimini
In theory yes. I haven't seen one do it yet though.
Has anyone crossed with a passenger in the back of the jetski?
Yes. My daughter and my son's wife did. Both of them could have made the whole trip, but about 1/2 way they opted to get on a boat. It's much more rough when you're on the back, but it is possible.
Great video. What are you using for your underwater shots? Insta 360? Go Pro 360?
Insta360 X3. It could have been much better, but user error. The stitching didn't work right. Next time I'll have it dialed in.
@AdventuresinCrossing yeah, I have that but never use it much. Certainly a little more complex than a go pro but I liked how it looked underwater. Thanks.
It super deep blue because its...super deep lol
Should of check in where we were fueling. 30 mins in and out.
Fisherman's village bad idea to check in
Yeah, not kidding. Learned my lesson there. Stupid slow there.
Wtf is a quarantine flag? Are they still doing covid over there?
All it means is that you haven't checked into the country yet. It's maritime law.
not smart at all to shut off all of those skiis in the middle of the atlantic. idle would be just fine. ask me how i know --- former seadoo tech.
genuine question, why isnt it a smart idea?
