Nice to see it smoked like this. So many other channels were searing it and I don’t wanna do that lol I was trying to see if I could just smoke it like I would a pork butt. And this helps me with temps and all
I love the bone in pork loin. They come out the best off my kettle. Never tried with a butter though. That looked so good, going to have to try it. Thanks!
Looks absolutely phenomenal Jabin! Definitely will try this one out. I’ve got a Tri-Tip I’m going to cook soon and the garlic butter application would work great with it I think. Another excellent cook! 👊🔥
I don't even know how to eat this?!?! NEANDERTHAL! I have never seen a bone in loin. Guess I need to get out of my little town. Glad to see you back. Thank you. Merry Christmas. God Bless and stay safe.
Just found your channel in my feed. Instant subscribe!!! Love bone-in pork loin! I've done 2 or 3 in the past couple years. Watching this, I'm sure do another very soon. Great, simple idea with the garlic butter drizzle. Thanks for the video.
Holy Moly- I never would've thought of this. I bought the wrong cut of pork when I was thinking of making pernil. I now know what I'm gonna do with it! Thanks Jabin!
Dang Jabin....that Pork Loin looks crazy delicious and adding the spicy butter sauce definitely took it to a whole new level. Nice job bud! Cheers from Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹 👍 👌
It's been a year since anyone commented on this channel? I have one of this on the kettle now, I always want to treat this cut like reg pork ribs for internal purposes, but I will pull at 150 I think, I have it wrapped so not sure a little longer would hurt.
I would reccomend curing it with salt or at least marinating with the spice for a while because that is a lot of meat thickness for not a lot of season, the middle ofthat wont be that flavourful Edit: Plus that looks like it wasnt rested for long enough, some people say meat should rest for as long as it was cooked.
Now that’s a juicy pork loin! 🔥
Can't get any better!
FAB cook Jabin! So glad to see you back in the saddle!!!
Thanks Chris! Looking forward to filming a few more videos with the green background before moving everything over to the new patio.

That's one of the best looking pork loins I have seen! Loving the bark. I am assuming it is because of the sugar in the rub?
That looks really juicy and delicious! Great job!
It was soooo good! Pork loin is one of my favourites and this might have taken top spot!
Man, that looks juicy and amazing!
On the to do list.
Great channel.
Jabin, another great video...I have a pork loin in the freezer & will give this a try. Do you recommend dry or wet brining before smoking the loin?
If there's time dry brining is a good idea.. I often am last minute so don't get to do that as often.
@postalbarbecue have trued brining the pork before smoking/cooking?
Do you recommend using the water pan with the slow'n sear for this?
What temp did you pull from Smoker?
