    This kit is part of Malossi's Sport range. The increased capacity and larger ports give it a significant power advantage over the standard 100cc cylinder.

      I’ve run into some problems with this kit that just don’t make sense to me.
      So because the piston is so much bigger than the stock one when you put the wrist pin through the con rod the small end bearing can move side to side and nearly fall out which if happened at high rpm’s could be catastrophic. For the price i payed and being malossi you’d think it’d be a good quality product.

    Hi, i have Aerox 100cc and put Malossi 124cc.. but i think is not as good as they says. I put also Malossi Torque drive, Malossi Multivar with 7.4g rollers and yellow spring, Stage 6 racing torque controll MKII 112mm, Malossi Kevlar X K Belt, Carb Dellortho PHBL 25, Technigas Next R chrome, and i can see that most of the 70 cc Aeroxes just not so heavy tuned as mine are better in speed and acceleration as me.... WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ?? Please tell me

    • @scooterstreetau
      @scooterstreetau  3 года назад +2

      The Aerox 50cc is water cooled and they produce alot of power due to the water cooled engine and the small water pump allows an easier rpm to build.. The Aerox 100 is air cooled and has a large fan to do the cooling and the engine has to work hard to get this spinning so that should be your aim to build RPM as quick as possible. Have you tried to use a smaller carby? Also try a set of race clutch springs. Play around with a heavier set of rollers and only make one change at a time so the difference can be noted. Please let us know how you go?

      The original head is a wave design.
      It's junk.
      Also,when you fit the original head to the big bore cylinder,there will be a large quench area around the circumference of the original head. This is not good!

      When you fit the Malossi 22mm Dellorto carb kit that is designed for the Aerox 100,you will notice that the throttle will not lift the carb slide to full throttle.
      It only lifts the carb slide 17mm,as per the original 17mm Teiki carb.
      It is supposed to be plug and play.
      It is not.
      How did you guys overcome this issue?

    • @scooterstreetau
      @scooterstreetau  3 года назад

      Yes you can, to hit 70mph you will definitely need a gear up kit through. The 124cc kit is the way to go, the 113cc kit will only make a very subtle difference. The V8 exhaust is not a true performance exhaust, it will only make a very minor difference to the power. The Tecnigas RSII is the one to go for😎
