90'S YAMAHA BW'S 100 Full Restoration ! Woa Smoke !!!! PT1 90年代 ヤマハ BW'S 100 レストア パート1 時間がかかっております！

途中音が大きくなったり小さくなったりしてしまいますが何卒ご了承ください。
不動車のBW'S100を手に入れたのでエンジンから足回りまでOHしながら組み立てしています。
作業する場所が限られているのでカメラアングルはほとんど固定で見にくい感じです。
これはパート1ですがエンジンは全て純正の部品で組んでいます。ベルトやローラーはデイトナ製で組んでますのでよくよく考えると部品代だけでも10万円弱かかってしまっているので高いバイクとなってしまいました。
絶賛作業中です。パート2ではほぼ完成までいけると思うのですがw
空いた時間に作業しているのですでに4ヶ月かかってますwww
I am still working on a restoration of my BW'S100. got from a junk yard. The camera angle is almost fixed position cuz my working space is not specious. Repair parts are spent almost 1000US already. it's so fun time build and paint!
I can't stick to work the whole day. now spent 4month its sooooo much long. Enjoy smoke !!

hello to you the superb friend sharing. can give you a video of the adjustment of the oil pump. neutral and high point on the lubrication system. a big thank you for this sharing

First, you gonna bleed air from the pump.then close oil pump completely then little bit open pump screw then check out how many suck oil while at work you have to be a send to the carb mix fuel separate.
When i take work for a while will take some video. but can not work immediately. Thank you

Hi I have a question . I noticed there is a separate pipe coming from stock muffler can I cancel it ? I think it'd for emissions

Yes. You can eliminate this hole. But might be need some carb setting.
