I have this exact 150hp 2.0 hdi car, but this one hasn't got the pan-roof like we do. (You can close that panroof too, such a cool feature) You don't see this facelifted model a lot, let alone 2.0 hdi ones.. In the Netherlands we pay €150 roadtax + climate tax per month for this weight class dieselcars. Nevertheless, 'sweet spot' indeed concerning driveability, performance and the anti roll dynamics, making this an ideal roadtrip or holidaycar. With the cruise control on, the panoramic roof, a plenty of luggagespace and everyone having their own climate control and full seats. Driving with my wife and kids through Swiss, Austria to Italy or to France and Spain, with this thing is just effortless and amazing. At 235000 km I have had the control arms and ball joints replaced in the front, as well as the door checks and the dual-mass flywheel clutch kit. Additionally, the car has received new brakes both front and rear, and the hose for the windshield washer system has also been replaced. Also the battery has been replaced.
There's one thing I can say about the Peugeot they are extremely comfortable to drive any Peugeot any age really. But long term ownership it's fraught with electrical problems and at and around 100,000 miles it towards the end of their life. I personally believe for long-term ownership go for the Volkswagen seat or the Galaxy Or S Max.
@@mrlover4310 I have a 1.6 HDI 2013 5008 with 175,000km, changed the injectors at 100,000km. It hasn´t caused any issues. One thing I do though, is change the oil every 5000 km
I just need to check; was there ever a HYbrid4 option for this 5008 model as I found a hint that they fitted the HYbrid4 system from the 3008 onto this but I see no other reference for it.

I have 167,000 miles on mine and it's still going. A few gremlins but nothing I can't live with.
