Nalla video. Nice tips you guys are giving for saving money..Mikkavarum ellavarkkum ee rangeil okke expence akum. Better to use less saturaed vegetable oil or canola oil for deep fry. Olive oil has high smoking point. When to overheat or use olive oil for deep fry it will degrade it's beneficial compounds...Nice to see your monthly expence. Jinu, you looks simply beautiful....

Bro... olive oil has very low smoking point and hence not adviable to use it for deep-fry purposes. Extra virgin olive oil is best for raw use.... Good luck

For frying use Coconut/avacado oil or even ghee is fine, olive oil is good as a salad dressing

Like I said, we use toast for breakfast. Then we usually take a grab and go sandwich 🥪 to work. So 3 loaf bread is not quite enough. Oil, I don't know if we mentioned, but we use it as hair oil as well. Just like kerala style. Then onion, one pack is only 1.5 kilos or around. Onion is the go to for all our curries. For gravy, for omlette, etc ... so basically this is what we use normally.
