A milium cyst is a small, white bump that typically appears on the nose and cheeks. These cysts are often found in groups. Multiple cysts are called milia.
Milia occur when keratin becomes trapped beneath the surface of the skin. Keratin is a strong protein that’s typically found in skin tissues, hair, and nail cells.
TREAT MILIA:
Cryotherapy. Liquid nitrogen freezes the milia. It’s the most frequently used removal method.
Deroofing. A sterile needle picks out the contents of the cyst.
Topical retinoids. These vitamin A-containing creams help exfoliate your skin.
Chemical peels. Chemical peels cause the first layer of skin to peel off, unearthing new skin.
Laser ablation. A small laser focuses on the affected areas to remove the cysts.
Diathermy. Extreme heat destroys the cysts.
Destruction curettage. The cysts are surgically scraped and cauterized.

I used to poked my milia with a sanitize needle and applied black seed oil. After a few days, it dried and I can just simply peeled it off my face. And no scar at all

Trust me the best cure for milia is tea tree oil, it’ll burn like crazy but in like 3 days the milia will be gone, milia kept appearing on me about 4 times under my eyes in my life and I used tea tree and it disappeared
Did anyone here tried this? Did it worked? I have them under my eyes and extraction sounds a bit too harsh for that area
I only scrub them gently with the natural loofah (the ones made from dried gourd) followed by my skin care routine ie, hyaluronic acid, vit c serum and moisturizer, and they disappear leaving a smooth surface. Yes they come back slowly after 3 weeks or so. Then I scrub them again.
Bio oil is also good for scars an stretch Mark's,I'm 6 months pregnant I've been using it an it works lovely for me it has a lovely light fragrance

What do your bumps look like? Are they white underneath?
@@Immymaryam Yes, they are Milia.😕 Whenever I pop them there's something like a white dot used to come out, 🤔 and in your video as you mentioned we should steam our face before popping them up and rather than using those physical exfoliators we should use chemical exfoliators. But I did all the mistakes in the past like not steaming my face before popping them and not using a chemical exfoliator😢 so maybe that's the reason why my skin's barrier is not that good.😕 And since I tried to pop the milia not in a proper manner so I still have a lot of scars on my face, and to be honest I'm just 14 years old.😥😥

@@Immymaryam u said ur skin is dry.. So i have a query i too use aloe vera raw and sometimes face shop aloe vera gel and people say me that aloe vera dries out ur skin is it true? I have combination skin. Oily in my t-zone areas.

Presently have 1 just below the right eye-lid. I'd rather go to my Dermatologist to hve it softened with liquid nitrogen which will form a scab then dry and fall off 😊

We want to remove milia without a needle
I have the milia on my upper eyelids on both eyes since i was 10 and it seemed like it only made it worse causing me to get hyper pigmentation on my left eye and the bumps are still there, i wish i hade other options besides a expensive dermatologist..

I was hoping to view actually REMOVING a milia. I had watched about 10 videos and not a one of them showed how to remove milia.
