The dual stream completely broke again and I'm not letting that get in the way of making a video for you all. I'm very sorry for those looking forward to it again last night and I'll probably just do this style of video for any notable races left in the pro series. Each race will still be on my Twitch: twitch.tv/brendanhyperstar Race spoilers below: I really think this is a race we *could* have won but "shoulda woulda coulda" is all it will be. Even if I qualified at the front it would have been extremely difficult to pull it off as there were many strong cars. The last row start is something you can shake off in a 500 mile race but not here. The car was very strong, an improvement on our Indy 500 car, and I think I achieved the best possible result given what we had to do and the cautions were basically perfectly timed. There's no disappointment in being the biggest mover of the race gaining 19 spots, that is difficult to pull off in such a short race as this.
Most the ones I was around haven’t run much ovals but most got the hang of it eventually including Webster whom I sparred with. Diogo and Edoardo ran ovals in the VCO league in the summer so I knew they’d do satisfactory. Would love to see other big teams and drivers try this because I sense everyone is really enjoying the series.
There's a section in my guide video about it here: ruclips.net/video/i7tL9WQvlfg/видео.html But to directly answer, you generally need to loosen your car in traffic and keep the car tight in clean air. Positive weightjacker and stiffer rear anti-roll bar (higher number in game) are the main tools I adjust. Sometimes I lower the front anti-roll bar slightly but only in desperate situations.
@TeamI5G My problem I think I was not letting off enough in the corner, which was pushing me towards the wall at Indy when in traffic . I figured it out and won last night by 3.7 seconds . A good pit entry and exit did most of the work, but I just started sim Racing 3 weeks ago, so I'm happy with the win but thanks for the response I've learned everything I know from your videos since I'm just starting

Good on Michele for standing his ground when the Red Bulls were trying (badly) to shake him out
5:50 god damn that was close
I thought for sure it was over.
I watched the journey, it was a great race. Not sure what the Red Bulls were doing lol.

Can you please explain how you use your tools in traffic v clean air
