  • We tried some popular Filipino dishes consisting of chicken adobo, sinigang, dinuguan, sisig, pancit, and banana turon.
    This food was supplied from a restaurant that I visited in West Jordan,
    Utah called BFF Turon, go check them out it is really good!

    BRITISH AND OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALITIES eats. BLOOD.. this is more palatable to me cause its cooked in VINEGAR somewhat antimicrobial. hahaha , Blood sausages, often called blood pudding in British English (and sometimes black pudding, though this normally includes oats or barley)[1][2] are sausages filled with blood that are cooked or dried and mixed with a filler until they are thick enough to solidify when cooled. Variants are found worldwide. Pig, cow, sheep, duck, and goat blood can be used, varying by country.

  • @CaramelSauce24
    @CaramelSauce24 5 лет назад +10

    Sinigang tends to smell like fart when left inside a Tupperware for even just 20minutes. It’s because of the reaction between the acid used, vegetables and meat. It should always be served hot and avoid removing the lid of container in front of guests for good measure. A good dinuguan should not be oily. Should always have banana peppers. A good adobo has a little bit of thick sauce which is produced through reduction of the vinegar and soy sauce. A good/complete sisig has pork brains and freshly cracked egg and must be served sizzling. Just like any dish, all these are best consumed hot and fresh.

      SMH, you cannot make the sabaw(sauce) of adobo thick just by using Soy sauce and Vinegar, Sisig is not always serve with egg, Sinigang smells like farts not because of the plastic container, it's because it has sour flavor and sour flavors make it smell like farts
