I don't think she looked like a kid 3 years ago when she was 20 years old! Sure she looks younger than her age. Yeh she definitely looks different now and a bit older. Shes always been hot and sexy and she's still cute now it's just her body is a lot leaner because of her strict vegan diet. She always looks great though

After scrolling through several pages of comments, I've realized that all of them are about her hair, so I've decides to break it down for all of you. Ariana's original hair color was black. And she had dyed it brown before victorious started. Throughout all 4 seasons of Victorious, Ariana had to bleach and dye her hair for the role. (Side note: Bleach dries out your hair and with frequent use, causes hair breakage) Ariana's hair started breaking off and she soon became insecure. During the entire fourth season of Victorious, and for Sam & Cat, she wore a wig, to avoid bleaching and dying her hair more, causing more damage and breakage. Are all the rude, misconstrued, uneducated, accusatory people at ease now?

In a way, her character on cat is. And you can see how that have influenced her in real life. You obviously didn't know that before Cat really, her style was pretty boho. I'm not making this into an argument, just stating my point.
Cat is a character, ariana isnt anything like cat, just because she changed the clothes she wears doesnt me her personality changed, much like everyone who goes from 15 to 20, her clothes changes
She dies her hair red for victorious and wore a wig for sam and cat
she wears a wig because her hair fell out when she died it

She first didn't have red hair so they had to die it red for the show victorious and she had to keep on dyeing it but I donno why soon her hair started falling out after dying her hair brown so she had to wear a wig for sam and cat
