- Jujutsu Kaisen Manga Chapter 254 has continued with Sukuna dominating everyone, Gojo Vs Sukuna amounted to alot of damage but Sukuna Cursed Technique was too strong. Gojo's return in a rebirth and awakening with his students like Yuji and Yuta are the only solution to beat the king of curses. Kusakabe is the next to fall but...has this gotten old? Many people were just expecting that Yuji and Yuta will come along and finish the job with a classic JJK jumping. However, at this point, either Gege is planning for Sukuna to win, or he's gonna make one of the biggest asspulls in maybe the history of Shounen mangas. Either way, there is nothing we can do.
Usually I would expect tons of comments defending the decision to kill gojo on a comment like this, is this some sort of sign?

Hyping up Sukuna so much is a problem. Creating such a strong villain only makes more and more unbelievable that he can be defeated. To this point, giving Sukuna more and more moments like "he is not at his full potential" is just a way of no diff-ing characters with important character development.
In reality, I hope Gege finds a way of demonstrating that Sukuna is strong with ways of being defeated coherently.
Unless he just plans for bro to win, which at this point is a real possibility
Reminds me with Bleach and Yhwach with Kubo having to resort to the still silver deus ex machina to even defeat him. It was a really shit ending because Kubo wrote Yhwach to be far too strong to be defeated in any other way.

We are shown he’s slightly battling an ideology against yuji, but it’s never spectated or shown what sukunas ideology is. All he does is criticize others of the flaws of their ideology and purpose.
We don’t even know what Kenjaku reasoning or backstory is really for wanting the merger to happen.

Idk man JJk takes huge inspiration from HxH. Not that surprising.
I’m a huge fan of the cell saga in dragon ball. My friend was arguing with me that this fight with Sukuna is similar. The fight with cell though didn’t feel too drawn out like this because we got a major pay off in the end with a main character’s development (gohan). In Jjk currently, there’s no pay off. Nothing seems to be moving forward and there’s no one to root for. Bringing gojo back in really does seem like the best solution.
I do agree, I love jjk but man, I have been feeling annoyed ever since Yuta was knocked out. Cause like, nothing is progressing. During Yuji and Yuta vs Sukuna, it felt like gojo's fight had an impact on what was going on and was allowing the two protags to keep up with Sukuna.
But now we know that sukuna is still holding back against everyone and will one shot anyone when he wants to. The fight just seems a bit drawn out at this point

Sukuna begins the merger for a better opponent then they fight, not surprisingly the merger losses but sukuna is low on CE then it goes on to merge with Yuji creating the new strongest sorcerer.
This is the only logical plot left, else we'll have a Madara situation if the villains are to lose ultimately

Ever since Gojo was off-screened from ch 236, I was saying that felt Gege was trying cover up showing the process of how Sukuna could get one off on Gojo for him to die. Since then the stuff on world slash been funky with some questionable writing around the mechanics of it. If Gege got to kill of Gojo, so be it, but the issue is the lackluster execution, especially after such a great fight they had prior.

I feel the only thing that can fix the problem of "Sukuna was never going all out", Gojo feeling he would have lost even if Sukuna didn't have the 10 Shadows technique, and so forth, is the reveal of Sukuna actual technique. That the truth behind it can determine if he really could have beaten Gojo, but he has a critical weakness to it or something. Because at this point, I almost feel like rooting for Sukuna to win in the end.

Sukuna Kaisen is just becoming a cycle now. Gege wrote himself into a corner. He will introduce a character to fight Sukuna > hype the character up a bit > they will do well against Sukuna > comes the never ending revelation that “Sukuna is still holding back” > repeat the cycle. Just start the merger already, Gege. This is going nowhere now, unless the merger starts.

The main problem is so many of these fights we just have to guess why our beloved character loses that is NOT satisfying. With the current pace of characters dying no more victory will feel satisfying for defeating Sukuna. It will be a BS skill yuji hvnt show us but Sukuna also could not react and so oppsy i got caught in yuji’s body again.

The second the leaks of Gojos death came out was the day jujitsu Kaisen ended and sukuna kaisen started.

It really begs the question, who tf defeated him 1000 years ago? We need more backstory on sukunna. We need like 10 chapters explaining how he got so powerful. My theory is he became a cursed spirit through means of love. The theme of love was thrown around during the sukunna vs jogo. Then again when he fought kashimo. And remember during JJK 0, gojo says “cursing someone through love it’s much more F’d up then with hate”
