How I make Congolese Chicken Stew (Soso Ya Sauce)

For this recipe you'll need a medium or half of chicken.
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 red onion
1 medium white onion
2 plums tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
3 green onions
Bay leaves
Parsley
1 small maggi cube
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp smoke paprika
1/4 black ground pepper
1 habanero pepper
3 tbsp tomato paste
3-4 tbsp vegetables oil
