Let's cook tasty creole fusion recipes made with fresh ingredients together. Cassandre Desrosiers is a wedding planner & event designer, and food enthusiast. Coming from a rich cultural background food has always been the key to showing appreciation and love. Cassie always enjoyed helping in the kitchen from a very young age. After years of learning from family members and trying food from around the world, she has developed a passion for cooking and added her own unique creative flair to her recipes. As the request for recipes grew after each successful dinner party, Cassie started to share her passion through Posh Brunch events and catering, and now with cooking with all of you.
Haitian Style Chicken Stew with Cashews+ White Beans Sauce with Coconut+ Rice (Part II)
White Beans Sauce
1 cup dry white beans
1 cup fresh coconut milk
2 vegetables oil
3 garlic cloves.
1 green onion.
1/2 tsp white pepper.
1 tsp Adobe powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 habenaro pepper with cloves.
Fresh parsley
White Rice
1 cup basmati Rice.
2 cups of water
1 garlic clove.
1/2 green onion.
1 tsp sea salt.
2 tbsp vegetables oil.
Beets Salad
3-4 Medium Beets.
1 cucumber 🥒
1/2 medium red onion.
1/2 bell pepper 🫑
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 mix peppercorns
1/2 tsp smoke paprika
1/4 tsp sea salt.
Italian parsley.
1 cup dry white beans

I wish more the diaspora would link up with they're African brothers and sisters to share cuisine ideas off of .lol I'm Haitian but I love making peanut butter chicken stew and eating it with boiled potatoes lol.. oh egusi soup with boiled sweet plantain is my thing too lol I love mixing up the foods. It's fun
It is definitely fun to mix food, I am a foodie as well. Growing up my father used to make Haitian food and mother used to make Congolese food and I got to eat food from different part of the continent because of my friends, so much fun!😊
