i main archer since release and i must say this is a very good guide i will only add that u can delay the shooting luthraghon's call if u fully charge --> cancel with meteor dive - > change to awakening - > slide to the right/left -> and then it's will release the skill u can delay the shoot for 7 seconds pretty good if u wanna pre engage and gain some of the skill cd so u can shoot it almost twice in a row

19:34 another useful thing in this bon, after press and hold S+F in kiting, if you use S+Shift you change to pre-awk and you can use Q+S+LMB to use the basic hit staying on pre awakening as well, this do magic on our kiting kit.

locking a skill just makes it so you cant use it by the inputs. so you can use it from a quickslot, but not the inputs. its essentially there to make it easier to use other skills in which the inputs of another might get in the way. hope that helps with the locked skills part! :)))

I love your guide ! I play BDO for 3 years, and I have never noticed before how cool is the archer ... i love the position switching and jumping everywhere. But i have a problem, with your add-ons, doing the main PVE combo, the boons don't show up like yours (attack speed, crit ....) I have no idea why. I reset add-ons and did it again buit I have only one or two showing

I've never played this game, but I'm looking into it right now; I have a question though...in the trailers when you fight with your character the camera angle seems much more close to your character and you can see him/her on a bigger scale; in this video for example the camera is much further away...can that be changed to be like in the trailers? Great video by the way!

You did a great job!!! Instead of c swap I use glissade to get back to awakened if you use the skills in the right order it works out. I do it both ways though depending on the situation

I don't think you can go wrong with either choice. Archer is not as bad as people make it out to be. It is top 5 in PvE for elvia spots and in the right hands can also be a top performer in PvP. It's just super slept on and underplayed. Ninja is also super strong. In the end the only thing that matters in this game is to play what you enjoy the most because you will be spending thousands of hours on your class.

@@Gh0stEE5 yeah archer is pretty squishy as a class so endgame PvE can hit pretty hard. You are also ranged though so once you get the hang of it you can grind without really getting hit at all
@@Gh0stEE5 it's hard to say really. I think both classes have a pretty high ceiling. Ninja is more about cancels and fast inputs. Archer is more about learning gaps, timing, and kiting. It really depends what you're doing. In nw for example I think it would definitely be easier to learn how to position well and frag out from range on archer. On the flip side tho it's much easier to 1v1 or 1vX on a ninja. In PvE archer is definitely stronger and easier on the fingers though.
I haven't been on here in a while maybe since around launch on ps4 I think I'm level 56 Ranger? Is this crossplay now? We should play sometime I kinda miss playing my hot character 😂
Crossplay for console not for pc. It will probably never be crossplay for pvp and tbh it shouldn't be unless consoles develop to the point of being equal to PC in performance

(I’m a seasoned Lv 58 with full maxed Tuvala Gear) but I need to reach atleast 220 ap and the in the marketplace i cant find a crossbow or a greatbow that I can use as a Season Character, I have no idea of how I can upgrade my AP and DP :(
On season Tuvala is max gear. Post season you will probably want Blackstar if PvE is your jam. You will be able to convert your Tuvala gear to non season to continue using it or use it on another character once you graduate early or the season ends. Personally I would stick to season servers until it runs out - time filled stones to my knowledge are bonus, additional drop and it's essentially extra free money, plus you can play Arsha since everyone is gear capped.
Hi, i need advice about archer. I manage to PEN my main weapon BS. But Archer, i can't choose succession. So I only have TET Dande for awake. So how will this affect my archer gameplay and damage-wise? I know the best is to have two BS PEN .. but unrealistic for me now haha cuz it took me sweat and blood for my Pen BS main haha does it mean that when I'm switching to the awake weapon, my hit will be weaker?
Yes, whichever weapon is out will deal its corresponding damage (main/awa), but keep in mind that your awa dmg is also increased by 30% of your main damage, so having main weapon at PEN also improves AWA dmg...and it's the same for main weapon, if you have PEN awa...so at the end of the game you'll want both at PEN. Btw, there's a big difference between TET dande (which is like TRI BS) and PEN bs main...you should focus on bringing your AWA at least to PEN dande or TET BS (people prefer PEN dande because they can caphra it for AP brackets, not sure how cheap the Godr Ayed weapons are nowadays, I took a long break). Hope this helps ;)

Would archer do more trash per hour w same gear at the same spot as succ ranger? Or are they similar? Would archer be better at defender their spot than a succ ranger?
I really wouldn't recommend evasion. It can work once you are like pen with c20, but we have no passives that scale evasion and we do need accuracy still so bhegs are nice.
How do you even play on gamepad? I assume PC gamepad layout is the same and man, I'm struggling with combos. I normally play keyboard and mouse but when I connect via remote desktop from my phone sadly BT KMB doesn't work (right click or ESC closes application rather than issuing command on remote desktop...) so I'm forced to use gamepad controls. On the bright side Xbox One controller works splendidly with Android and iOS alike...
Yeah the XP really slows down once you get up to 60 ish. If you look up "bdo Chenga tome" you can do a questline for that and then quest to level 61 through the kama quest line. There should be plenty of guides for it. Other than that I'd recommend Polly's forest. Sulfur mine. Or if you only want XP you could try to find a group for mirumok ruins. You will make more money from sulfur mines or Polly's forest tho
Best is to get chenga tome if you don't got it you done much lvling wrong because you can get from lvl 56 to 61 in like 5hours with chenga tome and the right guide
I use 1-4 and then I have three buttons on my mouse that I use. You also don't have to Hotbar Arrow Explosion I'm just used to playing with it on hotbar.

For rage attacks, now, radiant explosion is the most used as it gives the 60s buff on top of the attack.

For UI just go to edit ui in esc menu or if you can’t find it an easy way to do it is hit k then skill cool downs (something like that) then edit ui

Yes you can choose how close you want your camera to your character

Unfortunately no as of right now you can't change the actual skill effects. Only costumes and character features.

Oh and i think slideshot does consume stamina now
Wind razor input includes shift. Tactical Strike does not. And nah you still don't consume stamina from slide shot. Hope this helps!

That being said you should reach 245ap with maxed Tuvala gear - I assume you don't have PEN Tuvala accessories then?

On PC it's C which is just the swap weapon key. So I'd assume it's whatever button swaps your weapon but I'm not sure! Sorry.

Best grind spot need like 300+ but there are some good maps to find grind spots on browser
I have been playing Archer for over a year, the new skills are cool, but, the old Full Bloom is still better in 1v1.

Best is to get chenga tome if you don't got it you done much lvling wrong because you can get from lvl 56 to 61 in like 5hours with chenga tome and the right guide

In PvP I just run Exquisite Cron Meal and Giants Draught. For PvE I run Simple Cron Meal and Frenzy Draught
How many hotbar keys u can have. I put it in 1-8 its hard for me to press past 5 in between combos
