In this video, I make an #allergyfriendly #keto version of #lovesweatfitness “Microwave Meatloaf” for the #mondaymeal with an intro by Chef #yodathedog . Here is the original recipe:
Microwave Meatloaf:
1 lb of ground meat
1 egg (or egg substitute)
2 tbs spicy mustard
2 tbs unsweetened ketchup
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup pork rind crumbs (or almond flour)
Mix together and form into a shape on a microwave safe plate and put in the microwave for 10-15 minutes. (Depending on how much meat you used). Make sure temp gets to 160 degrees F. No sauce needed.

Well, that looks good really really different with the pork rinds but I get it because it’s keto 20 g of carbohydrates less a day that’s like doing Dr. Atkins beginner program. I hope you check your ketone levels. I can guarantee you that stick will turn purple if you’re staying under 20 g of carbohydrates a day. I’m glad you’re feeling good with the diet. Have a great day.
