    Wow this is exactly what i was looking for! IM 40 and just started judo and im stiff as a metal beam and have a hard time ( its literally impossible for me) to do rolls cartwheels etc . How often should i do this drill? do you have other video that could be suitable for old beginers like me? Thanks for your hard work!
