Good video sir. I like him as a business man. But i heard from many freelance photographers that there is zero respect from them don't know wether it is true or not. It takes like months to get their work fees from them. Is this kind of attitude good or bad. Need his coments on this.
@@ajaybenn With due respect.Yes i agree brother. But in your situation brother,you get advance from the client before the event. But as an freelance photographer or videographer, he or she gets his payment only after the event. And other thing is your staffs(managers) verify the work of freelancers before fixing him for the work right. Then how come he or she is responsible. It is your mistake not the freelancers. So in which way it is right for you to delay or not give the payment that he worked for.Need your thoughts about it.
