I would pay folding money to see Coach Jeff on TUF. In fact if he goes on tuf i'll buy his products so he can get a nice moral and financial boost while training. Road to Bantamweight Champ!
@@MMAShredded I competed against a guy from H20 in an mma match, they have great fighters out there. Adam Sako is who I competed against idk if you know him or trained with him.
Very nice Jeff, as always bro. 👌 It’s easy to forget that obscuring an opponent’s vision is completely ok...be it via long-guarding, framing, or just intelligent feints. I always kinda feel like I’m ‘cheating’...which is pretty silly tbh! 🤔🤷♂️😄 Maybe it’s just me, but this kinda thing needs more of my attention in training and sparring especially. Close-up work and hand-fighting etc. to achieve better positions/striking options is something I don’t do enough of yet 🤷♂️🙏
I feel like that last cross face brace gives your opponent an idea of where you're heading because your opponent saw it and threw up that rhino block real quick. Is it for stability?

When are you fighting again Jeff? I want to see you pull this off in a real match! Keep working my man. Love your content
ONE FC is a steroid infested shark tank, it’s smart if he takes his time and picks his fights. In my opinion.
Unfortunately we’re still in negotiations, but be sure to let them know you’d like to see me back in the ring!
@@MMAShredded huge! Don’t settle for less but I can’t wait for the announcement
@@kintarooe8688 oh man lol
@@kintarooe8688 so is literally every other MMA or even sports organization in general lol
This is incredible, seeing this stuff slowed down makes you appreciate this
cheers!!
Nice video and good combo, i'll be trying this out in my next sparring session!
awesome!!
Pena & Nunes has a TUF coming up, you should see if there's an opening.
Show them your number RUclips followers, that's a big deal.

haha thanks for your support guys!
The real move was the vision blockage with a high kick follow up. But still a nice knee.
cheers!
Except the guy knew it was coming lol
@@davycornell8715 because the guy also knows how to fight, and he didnt threw it at full speed.
Easy tactical sparring. That's where we can try such things. Love it
you have come a long way!
thanks!
That block was clean too 💯
cheers!
This is so badass!
:)
This dude a dawg
haha
Nice combo brother.

Need to see you action again Jeff

You’re a great sparring partner. Some of the blokes I train with are vicious.
cheers!

thank you Paul :) and yes I agree
@@MMAShredded I really enjoy your videos man, extremely helpful and so well edited and commentated too 💪👌🙏
Why do you always wear such thin shin guards?
I feel like that last cross face brace gives your opponent an idea of where you're heading because your opponent saw it and threw up that rhino block real quick. Is it for stability?
perhaps, it can also act as a way to blur the vision or a fake punch, depends on how your opponent perceives it
Nice one :)
thanks!
Daaaamn' that's bad ass !!!!
thanks for watching!!
Cant wait to see you fight again bro
thanks for watching bro!
Can you do best ways to get in and out the pocket
ill add it to the list!
Why do you throw flying knees in sparring and headkicks with thin shinguards? Was it light controled flow sparring, or did it heat up?
we are long time / comfortable training partners
Ok that make sense 🙏
CTE in the works
If UFC allowd 4oz foot protection then we'd see a lot more cool shit like this but without protection = broken foot.
haha well we do see a lot of cool stuff in Muay Thai
Is this Gym in Montreal?

I love it

Oof, these create nasty rib-injuries :o
Nice!
thanks!
How is that a combo?
Your a bad ass maan I would really like to spar you and learn knowledge from you first hand.
thanks man Id love to train together one day!
@@MMAShredded anytime maan you are like a mortal Kombat character it's bad ass to see. That would be awesome to train together I would learn a lot.

Man who is the shark you are sparring?
Niice
cheers!
Hmmmm.... great moves but you did not make a combo... 🤔
Calling this a combo is a stretch
People need to stop being extra with their fighting and stick the basics. To everyone out there this is very unrealistic and not viable.
first!!!
congurtalations sir
