Before I installed the Worx airbox cover and K&N filter, my bike couldn't add speed in 4th gear while going up one of the steeper hills near my house. After the airbox cover and K&N, I can add a few miles per hour going up the same hill. The bike has always had an aftermarket exhaust. Next up is sending the ECU to DHM to tune it.
Probably can just drill holes in the OEM cover if you really wand low cost. I did that to my 2014 Grom. Also the stock filter has a metal plate behind it, I used to remove that also. But looking at how good the TST cover is I'm going to buy it anyway, plus the larger intake tube. Don't want to do exhaust, cops goes nuts when they see aftermarket exhaust on anything 😂 Looks great, sounds great, what's not to love
I still have no complaints with it other than it's pricey for a hunk of plastic, someone needs to 3D print it and sell it for less 😂. I got it tuned with the filter how it is so I just opted to keep the metal plate behind it, I assume it wouldn't make much of a difference.
I notice you haven't uploaded the video on your exhaust yet. That said, I would love to hear your thoughts on performance enhancements of each upgrade to educate us on how each enhanced drivability, and performance overall.
I don't have that airbox but i will say that i got the K&N air filter and my response time feels so much better, i mean my old filter was totally filthy almost all of it was grey😂 but yea k&n filter works for me! maybe il try this ina future
Ear horsepower the best😊, I might take a hole saw to my factory air cleaner cover.
I got the exhaust, and sprockets on yesterday and getting it tuned in an hour!

Mine felt better after the DHM tune as well. I haven't felt the need to upgrade the Cam and Piston

Get the HRC approved Sprint air filter for it as well...last Air Filter you will buy!
Now you need a thrill seekers seat cover!!!! New sub love the video!
I had that thought last week, so I think will 😏. Thank you!
No need to clone it, a stock cover is like $7.00 ..........just plug the old air intake and cut new holes in the front of the cover.
That also works. I wish I had that thought before buying the cover so I could do a comparison.
Bro! That gas station is literally 2min away from my house. I have a red 2023. I’m always riding down lower buckeye
Nice! I was there yesterday on my MT-09 XD. I'm usually in that area on the weekends, I'll keep an eye out!

You must have bought the new intake at Harley Davidson ! LOL Yea that is expensive.
Or make an STL so we can 3d print one!
I got the tst airbox too and it sounds good, but it's pricey 😢
I agree with both statements!
