I was shot 6 times in east oakland back in 2006 when it was the highest Homicide death rate I didn’t learn my lesson I was back in the streets a month after getting out the hospital a week later a got shot at again this time i didnt get hit. But i knew after that god was trying to give me signs to change my life i was only 16 at the time. And I’ve change i have two little boys that i love even tho me and their mom is not together i try my best to see my little ones. But to see von loose his life like this it kills me inside. For all the young thugs reading this i hope you see that life is so precious and beautiful seeing your kids get older and watching them laugh at your jokes is a beautiful thing. Please think twice before you pull that trigger your not only killing someone els but your killing yourself aswell. GOD IS GOOD!

He loved having the power to take lives and called it hunting. There’s a huge difference between pulling a trigger to defend yourself and your love ones and pulling that trigger for enjoyment and power.

Von knew he was gonna be there that night. That’s why his vibe was off. And in my opinion he didn’t tell his crew his plans because he didn’t want to be talked out of it. From what everybody has seen and learned about von, he enjoys getting at his opps. That night was no diff. The fact that people often talk like Von was a victim just shows people choose sides based on which music they like more, not the actual context.
I liked Von’s music, but he was a known killer, constantly spoke about catching bodies, and went out looking for trouble. When someone talks about shooting people as much as he did, it is completely reasonable to assume that your life is in danger, even if he just starts with fists. Shit escalates all the time.
I can’t name a single Quando Rondo song but he and his crew were not in the wrong for defending themselves.
