I wish I could've seen THIS Kiss instead of the one I saw in 2022 and 2023, but it was still amazing though!
What a difference from this KISS to today’s KISS. I’m a loyal fan. I have been most of my life through all the years & lineup changes but this was super special

Oh man... That's amazing! Paul Stanley still had voice and hair, Gene wasn't looking like a hippo, Ace and Peter were killing it, and Kiss didn't looked like a bad cover band. Thanks for the upload and all the great memories.

@74 torino Yep, he's been wearing a wig since 1998. The reunion tour was the last time w. original hair. He cut it short for the Phantom of the Opera role, and has been all wig'ed up since then.

I was at this show; it was my 36th birthday. I had seen them about 22 years earlier, and they still sounded like the best because I wanted the best and I got it! Twice!!

That's absolutely right Vinnie! I have nothing against Eric and Tommy at all. If I was invited to play with KISS, well hell yeah I'd accept, who wouldn't, but like you said, the original 4 are the real deal and always will be!

This would have been an amazing last Kiss concert. They were so on point for this show.
I think it was supposed to be the last one for the 20th century. Not the last one in general.

Damn... I want this amazing show on CD, Vinyl, DVD and Blu Ray. Perfect were a complete boxset with the complete show in all Formats. This should have been Alive 4.

This was the farewell show for me...All original
I feel the same way. I'm very fortunate I was able to see the original lineup - I saw that lineup twice. Once in Tinley Park,IL in 2000, about a week after this show. The first time I saw them was approximately a year prior in Milwaukee, WI. I was 4 and 3 respectively.

The Farewell Tour was hit and miss but they were absolutely on fire this night! This was the last time KISS was truly great!

Peter Criss dumping his Drumkit at the end of this show signaled the end of his tenure in the Band. Peter was not happy. The Band did not get along. Be glad for the what the Original KISS has left Us!
I didn’t really know who kiss were at the time but I remember being so scared of them. I first learned who they were in 2008-2009.
Saw this tour and the next. Real rock show, the kids have no idea what a true rock concert is. Its a whole body high, the feeling lasts for days.
Being from Oklahoma, I happen to know my friend from low places....
Mr. Garth Brooke's would tell anyone that KISS was his favorite band and he styled his stages and shows to be as close to the kiss experience as he could. I also went to those KISS CONCERTS in Tulsa Oklahoma and they were truly inspiring, memorable, and for some life altering...

I really needed this! The undeniable chemistry of the original members performing flawlessly. Kiss has become such a watered down and soulless version of itself in recent years. It was truly refreshing to see the honest, happy greatness they once were. The smiles during the final bow say it all. THIS is KISS! Thanks so much for posting this!

Flawless? That was as sloppy as hell. And it is such easy music to play. and they played for an hour and a quarter. Rip off artists.
Flawless? They fuck up multiple times (specially Ave and Peter)
Happy? They didn't stand each other at this point (again)
Honest? They are there just for the money, as they currently are
You can tell by Ace and Peter’s body language that they could care less about being there!

Saw them in Australia on their reunion/ farewell whatever tour. Wasn't a real fan before the show. Was after. Best concert,no boring bits,and I don't know why but the hottest girls I've ever seen at a rock concert.

I saw them on their Reunion Tour in 96. It was like going back in time! They put on a good show and knew what to do for every song. It’s like it was all rehearsed and they knew their roles. I was so thrilled to see the original band!
Ace and Peter are my favorites.
Pretty soon Gene and Paul will retire and probably have two guys replace them live. That way Kiss can keep going like a Rock n Roll Circus Act!
KISS can be just like Menudo. Just keep Touring and replacing members as they age out. Why not?

I was born October 1999 and wished that I had the opportunity to see the original 4, but got to see Kiss twice. And honestly, I loved it!
This is one of my favorite shows of the reunion era. Wow wow wow. So good!

This is quite good. Exceeded my expectations. This must have been the reunion at it’s apex, because I’ve seen later footage with very poor musicianship. This show is spot on. Ace is the spark!

I’ll never forget the hype when this reunion all started. The first time they were going to play together in 16 years. And now here we are over the point where Ace has been out of the band longer now from the reunion Kiss, then he was from the first time he left Kiss. Time flies.....
What amazes me is how FAST these past 20 years have vanished. I have this thought almost every day now, just realizing that the last twenty years have seemed like a blink of an eye to me.

i WAS There that night right next to the love gun stage it was awesome i took my brother and my nephew that night i got #3 tickets right in parking lot for 260$ we missed i think skid row was playing that night never forgot that show i still have my shirt i where it all the time and the funny thing is i had it on yesterday when i found your show i felt like i was there again thanks

If anyone ever needed evidence that KISS really only exists when it has Ace Frehley playing in it, this show is that evidence. It's possible to argue about whether Peter Criss is really necessary or not. He's a fun drummer to listen to and to watch, but a lot of people can play drums the way he plays drums. But you can't argue about Ace Frehley. His unique guitar playing is an irreplaceable part of KISS's musical soul.
For me, Peter Criss was a big influence to me. So was Ace and Paul. They all were to me, Eric Carr mostly for the way he drums
Thayer is just a boring robot, he copies Ace’s solos without the passion and sexiness. Why they didn’t get Bruce back is a mystery to me. Everything is right with the world when Peter Criss is smiling, love his vocals. Original KISS is pure magic.
