    I must point out that "kwaai" means angry in the formal sense, but in slang kwaai means "good", "excellent" or "amazing"

    I used "hectic" and "shame" as commiserations with none South Africans and apparently not everybody does that 💀

    My faves are:
    Chom or Chommie: meaning friend
    Yoh🤯: an expression for when something has let you down or you are surprised.
    Just nje: just because I felt like it.
