You can get up to 4 shots with 75% ammo capacity bonus ( 50% from Reloading 5 and at least 25% weapon ammo capacity on your sawn off). It can take some getting used to, but it pays off a ton. I can 2-shot regular tendrils and 3-shot fingers/mother/choir with headshots with my current build (31% weapon headshot dmg, 25% shotgun headshot dmg, 82% headshot damage, and 125% damage vs mutated)

spitter is harder now. Faster spit and more zombie spawn compare to other boss
