Thanks for commenting! Glad you liked it, I too get annoyed at some videos that zoom in/out throughout the entire video, much rather leave it to the viewer to decide what they like rather than what I find mildly interesting :-)
That's amazing how that type of engine stays together! It doesn't even look like it's moving fast enough ...and yet, I know it's spinning very fast. I wonder how the propeller doesn't just spin right off the wing!
I love the optical effects of the blades at different speeds; left hand reflection reveals married; is she sitting next to her camera crazy flight dude?
Was that G-CDEB ? If yes I flew on it last year on a Manchester- Glasgow - Manchester sector . Ahh IOM Airport my Home Airport I have been up and down those taxiways & runway on many types of aircraft but amazing not a Saab 2000.
A great crisp and steady video, but please tell me how did you mount the camera as I am guessing that you did not hand hold for such a long period without a wobble? I look forward to hearing from you. Very kind regards.
Hi thanks for the comment! Yes I did hand hold the camera for this video, it is pretty wobbly (and you can see my hand holding it near the beginning :-( ). I have since bought a mount however, meaning my more recent videos are quite a bit steadier thankfully!
inflight Video Many thanks for your reply. Can you advise me about the mount which you use, wherr do you attatch it and I assume that your camerca is small and lightweight. My Canon G15 is great but heavy. I look forward to hearing from you.
Keith Blackham Hi Keith, no worries! I use a GoPro Hero 3, with a cheap window mount from Ebay (cost less than £10) that sticks to the window. Later on I bought an SP brand adapter to allow me to rotate the camera as sometimes you don't get a decent view of the wing/engine straight out of the window. The GoPro was a great investment, I highly recommend them if you do a lot of onboard video, really compact, great quality and you can mount them almost anywhere!
That will know of your new schedule Flight From London to Houston with Your New Seat 42k or J or 40A or 40J window to wings. Then will take a video your GoPro Hero. The Boeing is 777 200 or 747- 200 done.
dash 9 cn This is because it is only on a short lease. The RTM-LCY service will start on the Embraer in a few months meaning the BA liveried Saab can operate the IOM and the second Saab in plain white can be returned to Eastern without the need to fully respray
Turboprop time! Full flight from Isle of Man to London City onboard a BA SAAB 2000.
love the Saab 2000. 1 of the nicest looking props flying.
It is a good looking prop. The Do328 is probably my favorite though :)
Excellent. No zooming in/out and messing about. You just put the viewer in the seat to enjoy the flight. Which I did. Many thanks for posting.

Good view of coastal approach north of Wales; still climbing fairly steeply.

+Chris Noe Reminds me of the old saying about helicopters being "thousands of moving parts, all trying to get away from one another" ;)
Awesome video. What nice views of London!
Roger Williams Thank you, yes we took the 'scenic route' for our arrival!
I love the optical effects of the blades at different speeds; left hand reflection reveals married; is she sitting next to her camera crazy flight dude?
Thanks great video, Love the SAAB 2000
+Aztec Sun Thank you, yep it's a nice one to ride on, and not too many of them around!
Another fantastic video, the Saab 2000 is such a nice aircraft! The scenic approach into LCY is just stunning!
+Jump Jet Thanks! It's a great approach, you get to see all the sights without even getting off the plane :)
Fantastic video! Keep up the good work.
Thanks so much :)
Sensational. Very good video.
And was that Lorraine from Lorraine talking on the safety video?
Sounds like it! 😮
Perfekter Flug wie alle deine Videos vom Wegbewegen der Maschine vom Finger, und dass Andocken.
norbert schmidt Danke!
Got a 'close shave' from the Shard; nice one.
You can be a secret millionaire city trader, live in Douglas and only be well under two hours from work; wow; that saves the cost of a private jet!
brilliant, nice to see one that isn't a jet
Nervous Wreck Thank you! I have a quite a few prop full flight videos on here, feel free to check them out!

wow, cool video
Interesting to see engine start up during taxiing for take off. Suppose this saves fuel and malfunction a remote possibility in modern engines.
I’m flying to London City Airport from the Isle of Man do you get anything complementary on board?
I was just wondering, is the Isle Of Man like the Channel Islands, ie outside the EU, and if so does it have a Duty Free allowance?
AMAZING
+Miroslav Makushin Thank you! :)
I love how the frame rate matches up with the frequency of the fan blades. Is that what causes the prop to look like its not spinning?
Yep it's the frame rates matching up that make the prop look like it's not moving :)
What time does this occur?

inflight Video Many thanks, I noticed the Hero 3+ in Go outdoors recently but was unsure about qulity. Clearly not an issue.
It looks as if City Airport has at least one stack of its own; that does surprise me.
Was it Luton Airport you spotted?
Can you notice the small airport in the minute 45??? What is it???
Hi thanks for commenting! The airport at 0:45 is London Luton (LTN/EGGW).

why is this plane just plain white, its meant to have British colour
